Client Ashley Jones' goals are to lose 6.4% body fat over 9 months working with trainer Joe Bloggs. Her short term goal is to lose 2% body fat by December, medium term is 4.7% by March, and long term is 9.4-8.4% by June. She will meet with her trainer once a week and do gym workouts 3 times a week. Progress will be measured by skinfolds and photos taken at retest dates in November, December, and March. Nutrition will be critical to achieve her body composition goals.
