Physiotherapists complete a Physiotherapy Screening Executive Summary (PSES) after screening a client and send it to the client's general advisor. Reception then sends the PSES to the client and copies the clinical support team, general advisor, and manager. The general advisor adds their comments to the PSES and sends it to their manager for review before the manager sends it to reception.

sends this to the client’s GA.
Reception sends to client, BCC’ing CST
(Emma), GA & Manager into email.
The GA inserts their ‘trainer comments’ on
the PSES and sends this to their Manager
to check over.
The Manager checks this over and sends
this to Reception.
