A district press conference was held on March 11, 2023 at Villa Cacho Integrated School in Santiago, Quirino, Isabela. The conference featured various writing contests in English and Filipino and was aimed at selecting the best writers to compete in the legislative district 5 press conference. School principals, teachers, and students from schools in Quirino attended the event.

Conference primary aim is to select the best writers to compete in the legislative

There will be five winners for each writing contest, but only two will compete in
the legislative district 5 presscon.
Training for the winners will be scheduled to ensure top awards in the next
presscon.

 Nakita ito sa barangay Ditarum Divilacan ng alas onse nang umaga.
