BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3D
model-based process that gives architecture, engineering,
and construction professionals the insight and tools to
more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage
buildings and infrastructure. The use of BIM has
demonstrated improving quality, lowering costs and
reducing construction time.
Envelope Technik provides BIM Consulting Services by
using Autodesk’s Revit, Navisworks & other AEC
applications during pre-and post-construction phases. We
assist architects, builders and contractors in developing
schematic details, design development details, tender
drawings, project schedules, 3D models, clash
analysis, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, BOQs,
MTO's, as-built drawings.
The virtual model of the building helps the onsite team in
