F1 Fanzone™ has created the ultimate live, outdoor
event for motor sport fans and enthusiasts. It is
designed to attract both dedicated and new fans
alike in a festival atmosphere that engages visitors
of all ages to celebrate the unique form of sport
and entertainment that is Formula One™. F1
Fanzone™ offers a wide variety of interactive,
experiential and visual activities, providing
something for everyone in an exciting environment.


In 2009, the first F1 Fanzone™ made a spectacular
debut in Abu Dhabi, attracting 286,000 visitors over
16 days with a peak one-day visitor audience of
80,000. In 2010, the visitor audience increased by
more than 40% with 404,000 visitors to F1
Fanzone™ over 18 days.

PLACES D’ARMES
Located in la Condamine, the second
oldest district in Monaco after
Monaco-Ville. It is known for its
unique wide harbor and rows of
stunning moored yachts.

Found at the foot of the Rocher
behind the port is a large square with
its uniquely beautiful red tiles. This
square plays host to the twin markets
of La Place d’Armes and the
Condamine.

Adding much character to the race
itself, part of the Formula 1 racetrack
actually snakes through the ward and
part of the harbor, highlighting this
district brilliantly.

Formula 1™ Grand Prix
The F1 Fanzone™ will bring the entire Formula One™
weekend of activities to Monaco’s Place D’Armes Square.


Live Entertainment
F1 Fanzone™ will provide activity competitions, such as
F1 Simulators, Pit Stop Challenge, Podium Photo Finish,
Mega Drive as well as Batak Pro. Fans will also have the
opportunity to win fabulous prizes, enjoy live concerts
and BMX extreme sport competitions.



F1 Drivers Autograph Sessions
Engaging with the drivers is a rare opportunity for fans.
Throughout the Formula One™ weekend, current and
former drivers will appear at the F1 Fanzone™ for
autograph sessions with the fans.

Pit Stop Challenge
This challenge allows fans to experience life in the
pit lane, as teams compete to quickly and
efficiently change the tires of a Formula One™ car in
a ‘real life’ setting - against the clock, or against
other participating teams.


Podium Photo Finish
The perfect photo-op awaits fans as they climb to
the top step of the podium with a trophy. This
popular activity really comes to life with each
participant proudly wearing a racing suit with your
company logo.


F1 Show Car Photo Opp
Unlike other F1 show cars, we offer people the
chance to actually sit in the car and have their
photo taken. Last year this was one of the most
popular activities at the FanZone, giving people of
all ages a chance to take away an amazing photo.

Eight linked F1™ simulators - branded with your logo will
allow guests to feel what its like to be a true F1™ driver.
Advanced graphics allow fans to experience the virtual thrill

Mega Drive
The Racing bug is an exciting 6 player game that allows
guests to race against one another in a 5 minute challenged.
The guests drive and watch their car race around a
miniature track to see how many laps they can complete
within the 5 minute time frame.



Batak Pro
The Batak Pro Challenge is superb fun. Players test their
reactions on the reflex game that F1 Drivers use to train.
Visually attractive the Batak Pro Challenge is a perfect
addition for all entertainment. It is one of the most popular
exhibition attractions and is a real attention grabber.
Crowds will gather around to watch as players take
the Batak challenge.
