F Scott Fitzgerald Essays
Crafting an essay on the works of F. Scott Fitzgerald can be a challenging endeavor. The
complexity arises from the multifaceted nature of Fitzgerald's writing, which delves into various
themes such as the American Dream, societal decadence, and the interplay of wealth and
morality. To encapsulate the essence of Fitzgerald's literary contributions requires a nuanced
understanding of his life, historical context, and the intricate characters and narratives he created.
Moreover, tackling the intricacies of F. Scott Fitzgerald's essays demands an in-depth exploration
of his writing style and the cultural milieu of the Jazz Age. The task becomes even more
formidable when considering the need to critically analyze Fitzgerald's portrayal of characters,
symbolism, and the subtle nuances in his prose.
In addition to the literary challenges, it is crucial to engage with scholarly discussions and
interpretations to provide a comprehensive and well-informed analysis. Fitzgerald's works often
invite diverse perspectives, making it essential for the essay writer to navigate through various
critical viewpoints and offer a synthesis that captures the richness of interpretation surrounding
his writings.
Furthermore, the task is not just about summarizing Fitzgerald's ideas but also involves
presenting a cohesive and original argument that adds value to the existing discourse. Crafting a
compelling thesis statement and substantiating it with well-reasoned arguments necessitates a
keen analytical mind and a thorough familiarity with the author's body of work.
In conclusion, writing an essay on F. Scott Fitzgerald's essays demands a meticulous blend of
literary analysis, historical context, and critical thinking. It requires an investment of time and
effort to navigate the complexities of his themes and narratives. However, the journey is
rewarding for those who seek to unravel the layers of meaning embedded in Fitzgerald's prose,
shedding light on the cultural and social nuances of the early 20th century.

The Secret Life Of Bees Theme Essay
In the book called The Secret Life of Bee s written by Sue Monk Kidd there are
characters such as Lily, Rosaline, T.Ray, Deborah, August, May, Zach, etc. From
the list of characters stated one that I admire the most and seem to have a lot in
common in is Zach. I admire him due to his determination, his want to be a lawyer,
and especially due to the fact that he plays football. Well Zachery Taylor (His full
name) is as determined as they come. Living in a world full of Racist white men
with white privilege breathing down his neck. Zach will just keep on churning
through everything. Small examples of his determination are Law schools being
explicit to whites only. Stating his only way of being educated is unavailable.
Some ways he tries to overcome this is communicating with Clayton Forrest
(Lawyer). He ends up learning off Clayton to learn tips and tricks. He uses it as an
alternative to school. Falling in love with Lily also shows another hump in his life
that he overcomes with determination. Knowing it s a white man s world and being
caught with Lily will be a serious crime due to the time. So for that he keeps it
lowkey. Everything seems to go good for Zach until he is... Show more content on

The percentage of black lawyers at the time is little to nonexistent (I tried to find
the percentage but I couldn t find it) which the black lawyers must ve been

black lawyers is extremely low so the numbers then must ve been unimaginable. He

They re many jobs he can take up which ll be much easier then becoming a lawyer.
He can even get more into the honey business due to him being involved in it with
August. Yet for some reason he chooses a lawyer. For me a lawyer has always

Misconceptions Of Social Welfare Programs
There are many questions people ask about social welfare programs. Who is
receiving these benefits? Are the people receiving these benefits abusing the system?
What portion of our tax dollars are going into these programs? What are the long
term effects of these programs? What about the non working part of the population?
According to the Social Work Degree Center, some of the most common
misconceptions of social welfareprograms are that people in poverty are simply just
lazy and unmotivated, that all people have equal opportunities, and that there is only
a relatively small portion of people experiencing poverty. The governmentis trying to
sustain the social welfare programs while trying to help maintain and protect the

In reality, middle class Americans receive the most resources from the
government. This is because most homeless people can not apply for welfare due
to their circumstances, most of the people applying for welfare have are working,
but do not make enough money so they need some assistance to make ends meet
every month, or there is a deceased, disabled, or injured person in the household.
The government budget is about four trillion dollars and two hundred and seventy
billion goes into funding for welfare programs. Of that amount, seventy billion
goes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and seven hundred billion
goes to Medicare and Social Security. However, the money does not all come from
the same place. The money for food benefits comes from government revenue such
as income taxes, fees, charges, and insurance taxes. These are referred to as
withholding taxes. Most often, these fees are taken out of your income by your
employer and are given directly to the government. The government takes about
ninety percent of your income to insure that you will not fall behind on paying
taxes, which is why your employer deducts the money right from your paycheck.
The cash benefits given to each person or family is about one hundred and ninety
dollars, but for every extra person, one hundred and fifty dollars is added to the total

A Short Story On Hard Times And Tough Decisions
I want to tell you a short story about hard times and tough decisions. There was a
man and women who I knew very well that were deeply in love, young and stupid.
They were introduced to selling drugs, and at the time they thought it was a good
idea, and did not think of the consequences. But the money the two were bringing
in meant they could not afford to stop. They one day the two went out to a party to
sell the drugs. At the party they sold it to the wrong guy who just so happened to
be an undercover cop. The two got arrested and were sentenced to 90 days in jail to
think what they have done. The two were not allowed to see each other for six
months but they were so lost without each other. After the sentencing and their time
apart, they both vowed not to ever put each other in danger and harm s way again,
but because of their actions it became harder for them to find good paying jobs and
they slowly started to live in poverty. The reason why I told you this short story is
because no matter how rough life is, do not resort to crime or drugs. There is always
a better path to follow.
Crime has a capacity to create brutal sequences causing unemployment, economic
downturns and instability. Poverty and crime combined leave people with two
choices: either take part in criminal activities, or try to find legal ways of income
which is very difficult if having criminal records. After being rehabilitated in jail
more than 40 percent of ex cons commit crimes within three years of
7 Habits Of Highly Effective Teens Book Report
At least three of the seven habits from the book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective
Teens can be applied to a freshman s first year of high school. When reading this
book, the three habits that stuck out the most were: habit two, habit three, and
habit five. These habits were the ones that stuck out most because every freshman
can easily apply them to their first year of highschool. If you want to have a
successful freshman year of high school you may want to take some of the tips.
Habit two, was one of the habits that can be applied to a high school freshman s
first year, because it talks about being with the end in mind. Being with the end in
mind means that you should control your own destiny or someone else will. Which
also means that you should take control of yourself and take care of your

Habit three is Put First Things First meaning will and won t power. Habit three
explains how you should prioritize the most important things that have to get done.
For example, if you have a five paragraph essay due tomorrow but you want to go
out with your friends, you should pick which is most important and do that and then
find other time to do the other thing. In this case you should probably prioritize the
five paragraph essay before going out with your friends. Sean said, The problem
comes when we become so focused on urgent things that we put off important things
that aren t urgent, like working on that report in advanced, going for a walk in the
mountains, or writing an important letter to a friend. All these important things get
pushed aside by urgent thinks, like phone calls, interruptions, drop ins, deadlines,
other people s problems, and other in your face do it now things, (108). Like Sean
said, sometimes the things that are more important get pushed aside for the things
that have to happen right
Los Alamos Influence
This clearly goes to show how the work done at Los Alamos was an enormous
influence even on his later work in life.
So not only did the work at Los Alamos have a profound effect on Feynman, but his
work was also an important contribution towards completion of the project.
According to Peter Galison in a paper titled Feynman s War: Modelling Weapons,
Modelling Nature, he notes: In terms of the Los Alamos mission to deliver a
workable nuclear weapon, Feynman s supervision of numerical implosions was
probably as important as anything he did. This implies that this work was on the
same level of importance as his later work, which says a lot since this is the work
that he is most acclaimed for; the work that is responsible for his reputation ... Show

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The proliferation of online shopping has significantly altered the retail landscape.
While the physical store continues to exist and even thrive in many cases the risk of
turning irrelevant remains. Millennials who will constitute a significant percentage of
the consumer population in the future prefer the convenience of online and mobile
shopping. When they occasionally do step into the store, it is more likely to
experience the product than complete a purchase.
Smart retailers know that the only way to survive the onslaught of multiple channels
is to reinvent the store by offering a personalized experience that extends beyond
what a consumer gets online. This calls for collection and analysis of consumer and
transactional data. It is not just online retailers who are sitting on huge data mounds.
Physical stores operating in digitized environments have access to rich shopper data
too: Point Of Sale systems, loyalty programs, surveillance cameras, and facial
recognition systems. They must leverage this data by performing analytics and use
the insights gained to improve the store experience

Ideal Female Body Vs. Aerie s Real Beauty
For almost 50 years, it has been a growing trend for women to be ultra thin. A tiny
waist, large hips, and flat stomach are the characteristics of an ideal female body.
(Suhay 1.) Though there are many campaigns and battles for women to be their
own beautiful selves , there are even larger campaigns for ultra thin, unhealthy
lifestyles that are not usually made public by large companies and corporations.
Dove launched its Love Yourself campaign in 2004. It flew almost unnoticed until
2013 when Abercrombie and Fitch s CEO s interview from 2006 resurfaced. He
stated that he didn t want uncool and fat kids wearing his clothes. Everyone hit back
with anti body shaming campaigns, blogs, Youtube channels, websites, and posters.
Although these campaigns are taking over the internet, huge companies and
corporations still have their ideas of a perfect female body. (Schreiber 2.) These
companies ads and posters are known to make young women and young men feel like
they are inferior to company models. After spending... Show more content on

Aerie s Real Beauty Models are showing both ends of the beauty standard
spectrum. Women go to extreme lengths, such as purging and starving themselves
to look like an ultra thin model because it s still not widely accepted to be a normal
size. Even the fight to stop body shaming has restrictions. In the fashion industry,
one can be big and curvy, or ultra thin. Hollywood creates characters with relatively
offensive names, for comedies. (Suhay 1). People don t seem to notice how
upsetting it really is. On the internet end of the spectrum, fitspo and thinspo are
taking over the web. Many blogs show that society glamorizes being ultra thin. 100
years of videos are taking over the internet and are always featured with picture
perfect male and female body images. Even toys influence children s views on size.
Barbie s body shape was made for pop culture. (Suhay
Germany and the United Kingdom
Germany and the United Kingdom All countries in our world share many similarities
and differences. This allows each country to learn from one another s failures and
successes. Two of the countries that have similar and different ways that they run
their country is Germany and the United Kingdom. These countries each have their
own style of how they choose to run their countries. Both Germany and the United
Kingdomare democracies in the world, however they have many differences between
the two. Germany has a constitution, simple branches of government, a complicated
electoral system, and interactive local government. On the other hand, the United
Kingdom has no written constitution, a complex branches of government, an intricate
electoral... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The political institutions in the United Kingdom are very different of those in
Germany. The United Kingdom does not have a written constitution (The British
Constitution). This means that unlike Germany and the United States, the United
Kingdom does not have a tangible paper that has the basic laws and rights written
down on them for all citizens. The constitution is generally understood to include a
number of written documents and unwritten rules that most British citizens view as
inviolable (O Neil, Fields, Share). The United Kingdom bases their constitution on
documents that have developed in the past. Power lies with Parliament in the United
Kingdom, so without a written constitution, the people of the state truly do not get
much of a say. Therefore, from a political institution standpoint, these two countries
could not be any more different from one another.
Branches of government vary from country to country. In Germany, there is a
chancellor, a president, the Bundestag, and the Bundestrat. The chancellor is in
charge of the whole executive branch, and the president is just the chief of state (The
British Constitution). The chancellor is also the prime minister and runs basically
everything in the government, while the president tends to just do a few important
things, but does not make important decisions. Germany has a bicameral legislature
which includes
Heroism Depicted Throughout The Epic Poem, The Iliad
And...
Heroism is shown through the ages in a variety of areas all over the world. One of
the greatest examples of how heroism is depicted within a literary work is in Homer
s epic poem, The Iliad. Although the ideals of heroism are apparent in the poem, it is
important to understand how the same theme can be seen through other works of
literature. The Knights Tale, which is one of the greatest stories that Chaucer s
Canterbury Tales has to offer. The Iliadand The Knights Tale are both stories that
contain the ideals of heroism.
In the epic poem, The Iliad, Homer was brilliant in showing the idea of traditional
heroism on the battlefield. There is a clear conviction that comes from Homer in
that he directed towards his audience with the motive of making them understand
the true definition of heroism. One of the greatest examples of how heroism is
displayed is the success within the field of battle. Heroism is defined by the wish
and willingness to emerge as a winner in case of militants. Through military conflict
heroism is defined by the urge on the war field as well as the desire to defend and
protect one s honor.
However, the complexity that exists within the heroism is what redefines the ideal
of heroism by truly revealing it. Wife, I too have thought upon all this, but with
what face should I look upon the Trojans, men or women, if I shirked battle like a
coward? (142). Within this final scene between Hector and his wife, the heroism of
war is truly displayed. Hector
Pros and Cons of Installing Closed-Circuit Television...
Installation of surveillance camera systems as a way to deter crimes or criminal
acts has gained traction in recent years. In some countries, surveillance camera
systems also known as closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras have also installed
in educational institutions as a security measure to address fears for the safety of the
students (Hope, 2004; Corpuz, 2011). The trend, however, did not stop. From halls
and corridors, some education institutions have started to install cameras inside the
classrooms as a means not just to monitor the teachers, but also to address classroom
misbehavior (Shepherd, 2009). This paper seeks to cover the possible positive and
negative effects of installing CCTV systems inside the classrooms.... Show more

Grant (2004) said educators want video cameras in classrooms to address the issue
of violence in schools. Often teachers who are attacked have no way of proving
their claims because pupils who witness the incidents fail to back up their stories.
Video camera footage could be used to substantiate teachers versions of events as
well as to deter pupils from launching the attacks (Grant, 2004). In the Philippines,
the installation of cameras inside the classrooms is seen in a similar light. As cited in
Grafil (2011), University of Santo Tomas security chief Joseph Badinas said the
cameras can be used to track people who are doing something suspicious. The reason
behind the installation of CCTV systems in the classrooms can be attributed to the
triadic reciprocality principle of the social cognitive theory (Bandura, 1986). Under
this principle, human life is consisted of a perpetual series of interactions among the
environment, their individual behavior, and personal cognitive variables like
thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions. These three constructs interact and influences each
other reciprocally. Applying the
Sensitivity Analysis
In general sensitivity analysis, the most influencing parameters are identified through
building a statistical linear model, partial t test, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).
Sensitivity analysis was conducted through Design of experiments (DoE) in order to
determine the most influencing geological parameters on the Gas Assisted Gravity
Drainage process performance. DoE combines multi level of each parameter to create
many computer experiments evaluated by the compositional reservoir simulation to
obtain the flow response factor. In this study, the parameters adopted for sensitivity
analysis are horizontal permeability, anisotropy ratio $K_{v}/K_{h}$, and porosity,
all given for the entire reservoir. First, more than 80 computer... Show more content

Moreover, this fact can be also observed in Figure ~ref{fig:sa1lm} that decorates
the component residual plots for each parameter. If a variable has a horizontal
straight line of residual, it has no effect on the response and should be removed
from the linear model, specifically the porosity variable. Figure ~ref{fig:sa1_lm}
shows the basic diagnostic plots for the full linear model. The residuals vs. fitted
plot is used to determine if the linear relationship between the predictors
(parameters) and outcome factors are captured by the model. An accurate model
will have a residuals vs. fitted plot with a horizontal line with residuals above and
below it without forming a pattern or grouping, as seen in the top left plot.
Moreover, the normal Q Q plot, shown in the top right plot, is used to determine if
the residuals are normally distributed. A good normal distribution will have a
normal Q Q plot which follows a straight line, as do our results. Furthermore, the
Scale Location plot shows if the residuals are spread equally along all ranges of the
predictors. Ideally, the residuals should be randomly spread across all fitted values
and not tend to one area, as ours do in the bottom left plot. Likewise, the Residuals
vs Leverage plot determines how big of an impact outliers points have on the
regression curve. Additionally, outliers away from the Cook s distance will have a

Crossing The Bar And Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good

C. Caiden Cannon Compare/Contrast Literary Analysis 12 February, 2018 In
literature there are common overarching themes that connect every piece of writing.
In the hundreds of millions of books every written, there are only seven identifiable
plots, overcoming the monster, rags to riches, the quest, voyage and return,
comedy, tragedy, and rebirth. Showing how no matter how different a book may
seem it can be easily compared due to these overarching themes. This is just as
through true of the two poems, Crossing the Bar , by Lord Alfred Tennyson, and Do
Not Go Gentle Into that Good Night , by Dylan Thomas. These poems are both
about death and facing it in different ways. Lord Tennyson s poem is about facing the

Thomas throughout his poem goes through and breaks down men into four
different, categories showing men should still fight and struggle against death no
matter what type of man they are. Thomas begs his father who he is begging to
fight death, that his father must fight oncoming death. Showing this poems
purpose of begging the listener not to die. This also reveals a different way people
perceive death, Thomas s poem shows one will want always want to stay alive.
Directly contrasting Lord Tennyson s poem which says, And may there be no
sadness of farewell, / When I embark (Tennyson 11 12). Showing how when one
looks upon themself, they will find death as a matter of fact, and view it as
something unable to be fought. Throughout Tennyson s poem he reveals the purpose
of his poem, death is natural and inevitable. Tennyson alludes to the fact he wants no
one to be sad at his death unlike in Thomas s poem who clearly shows sadness is
normal an even necessary, to encourage the fight of death. As one can see a major
contrast is drawn up through the high difference in the purpose of these two poems,
also revealing there are many contrasting thoughts associated with
Analysis And Belief Of The Crocodile
Analysis and Belief
The crocodile has a significant role in Papua New Guinea culture. The people over
there believe that reptiles are human s ancestors. The reason they are cutting their
skin and pretending to be a crocodile is because they also believe by withstanding
the pain, they will be strong enough to face the difficulties and problems in the
future. Also the skin cutting act is for separating young men from the world of
womenfolk, and to fill them with the power of crocodile.
Another reason that they want to cut their skin is because without the skin cutting
rituals, they (young men) are not a full member of their father s clan. It is an
interesting culture which very different to modern society s because we were born
to be our family s clan, we don t have to do anything to prove because we have
already had our birth certificate. Since it is too easy to be one of our family s clan,
there s a certain amount of the people doesn t appreciate of their identity and always
against their family unlike the people in Chambri Tribe. They value it, they have to
withstand the skin cutting pain and the chances of death especially they are still in a
third world country. They cherish their identity and their family members. Rituals
The skin cutting rituals takes place every four to five years. Boys as early as 12
until 35 can have the cutting rituals to prove themselves. Since the rituals are very
expensive and it is not such a thing that it is affordable by one family and they

The Possibility Of A Winter Storm In Klamath County
Winter storms are destructive and dangerous weather events which may include
snow, freezing rain, ice, high winds, and/or temperatures that drop below normal.
They have potential to cause damage, serious social disruption, or loss of human
life. The major problems that winter storms cause are power outages and traffic
accidents. There is a very high probability that Klamath County will be negatively
affected by at least one winter stormcondition on an annual basis.
Dust storms occur most frequently in arid regions of Central and Eastern Oregon.
With wind speeds of at least 25 miles per hour, dust storms can spread over hundreds
of miles and rise over 10,000 feet.
Airborne dust particles, or dust aerosols, alter the climate by intercepting
To Kill A Mockingbird Chapter 5 Analysis
I chose the vocabulary words emboldened (courage), and apprehension (anxiety or
fear something bad or unpleasant will happen). The reason they apply to
comprehending chapter 5 and the book is because courage is a major characteristic
of the underdog, and without it they become the average person who is unable to
overcome disadvantages exceedingly well. In particular courage was a key aspect in
the way Freirich approached the children with leukemia. In contrast, apprehension is
a quality that the underdog is not familiar with, alternatively it is a trait of a person
who is not willing to take risks, chances, think outside of the box, or oppose the norm
. Hence, the difference between these two qualities is a major factor when
considering the... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In addition, Gladwell painted a good picture of the sorrow felt due to the severity of
the affects on the children from drugs, procedures, and imminent death more often
than not. Gladwell gave extensive detail to drive the point home of how audacious
it was not to think outside of the box or form an unconvential strategy to help save
these childrens lives. In order to really understand the general atmosphere, which
appeared to be morgue like; the attitudes of the doctors who worked on that ward
issuing death sentences providing no hope to their patients needed to be made crystal
clear. Otherwise, it would be difficult for your average person who has empathy to
understand some of Freirichs approaches as they were viewed as haineous and
unempathetic. Even though Freirich did not possess a great amount of bedside
manner, he did have empathy for the continued torture that the children were
experiencing; relative to his childhood. Freirich could empathize because he also
had a tormented period of life, his ability to emotionally express this was void. In
essence the lack of affection as a child affected his genteel nature in adulthood.
Freirich is able to handle these factors in the Cancer ward because he immediately
began attempting to conform to the heinous conditions by finding a resolution or way
to improve the statistics. The difference in Freirich and your average person is his
resilience in opposing the giants in these circumstances despite the consequences.
Once again similar to the underdog strategies used in previous chapters such as
Randadive and Boeis; different unique strategies are utilized to overcome
disadvantages attaining success in impossible
What Is The Similarities Between The Lamb And The Tyger
The Lamb and The Tyger William Blake, a prominent poet in the late 1800s, wrote
some of the most meaningful pieces that are still looked at today by many. Poems
are unique because they must arrive to the point while also compacting all of the
necessary literary devices needed for a concise message. William Blakedoes just this
especially in his contrasting poems The Lamband The Tyger. The poems The Tyger
and The Lamb along with their literary devices coexist in order to create
romanticism and to convey William Blake s important contrasting messages of
innocence and power. In the poem The Lamb, the principal theme is innocence. The
picture in the poem displays a young naked boy speaking to a lamb. Both the lamb
and the child represent innocence... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It is documented that Blake had raw talent in coloring and writing. Not only did he
show such rare potential at a young age, he also claimed to have several
supernatural visions. Almost every poem he has written involves a higher being
perhaps because of his miraculous visions that he has experienced. His most
famous poems contrast each other in that they talk about completely different
things. Blake s songs of innocence go in depth in describing our existence and how
nature is more related to ourselves than we think. William Blake s other poems deal
with a different perspective that involves the loss of innocence and power. Blake
wrote these contrasting poems in order to teach readers and scholars the important
relationships they have with each other. The Tyger for instance is a poem that deals
with power and corruption. The Lamb is a poem that makes us readers ponders the
most basic unanswered human questions. Naturally many view a lamb as weak, and I
think that the author did this in order for him to tell his message.
The Tyger by many is viewed as a poem that deals with God s other characteristics.
God is viewed as merciful in the Lamb, however, in the Tyger, God is viewed more
along the lines of the immense power he possesses. The Tyger naturally is a creature
of power because of the strength it

and cost (Qasim, 1985, p. 6). Aside from the construction of the facility, the scope of
the project also looks into the different methods as to how the facility can produce
quality wastewaterwhich is safe to be disposed to the local waterways. The main
priority of the project is to produce an effluent which follows the appropriate
discharge requirements given by the authorities. There are some suggested procedures
in relation to planning, designing, constructing, and operating of the Wastewater
Treatment Plant. Factors that need to be consider are people s health and the
environment, improvement processes, the combination of control and treatment with
storm water, the effluent disposal and possible reuse of wastewater, removal of bio
solid and its reuse, and small flows on site treatment and disposal (Qasim, 1998,
p.35). The design of the treatment plant must incorporate effectiveness and flexibility
in order to deal with changes in the season, including the long term wastewater quality
changes. Thus, the design must also be appropriate according to both the local and
national government s future regulations. This will ensure that the community will
benefit from the Wastewater Treatment plant on a long term basis, as it
Essay on Running and Over Training
Even though some experts believe that excessive running is detrimental to the human
body, and others believe any amount of running is one of the key components in most
athletes, Still others believe that moderation between both extremes can benefit your
sport.
Running may have a heavier toll on the body than any other sport, literally. With each
stride, force of two to three times the bodies weight is hammered on the joint,
muscles, and tendons.
How much running is too much running? is there too much of a good thing? There is
and it is most commonly referred to as over training. Over training is by definition
the imbalance between training and recovery.the conceptual theory behind most

in hopes of answering this question Marathon runners take a strict and balanced
level of training to build the body to an appropriate level of strength and
endurance. If the athlete over trains for a marathon, he or she may be doing more
harm than good. meaning they may peak too early. the athlete is overall setting his
or her body up for injury. The body requires rest and recovery for rebuilding, and
resting muscles. The lack of rest leads to underperformance. This is why sleep is so
beneficial, essential and important.
Kuipers, H., and H. A. Keizer. Overtrainingin elite athletes. Sports Medicine 6.2

In a well monitored training program, the body would have adequate sleep. The
bodies nutrition would consist of carbohydrates, calories, adequate sugar and protein
as well as electrolytes, to replace those, lost in sweat. The workout routine would
prioritize muscles on certain days (arm day, legs day, chest day, back day) . The risk
of injury would be decreased due to adequate stretching, and swimming. swimming
allows for natural resistance, and is essential in recovery. This is because Swimming
has no ground impact, unlike running. Swimming improves endurance, heart strength
as well as lung function all together. Olympic swimmer Janet Evens insists running
combined with swimming is a good way to improve conditioning faster and stay
uninjured.

Getting Up When You Re Feeling Down Summary
Problem When I get down, I sit around and mope. Then I feel guilty for doing just
that. It s a bad cycle; so how do you break it? Through activity. In the book Getting
Up When You re Feeling Down, Dr. Harriet Braiker suggested engaging in D.I.B. s
Depression Incompatible Behaviors. In other words, there are activities you can do
to help you get up when you are down, and they work because these active behaviors
are not compatible with depression. I published an article, Stop and Smell the Roses,
in which I suggested a similar technique. That is, you schedule a small activity that
will make you happy and commit yourself to doing it. Since reading about D.I.B s, I
decided to adjust my technique to incorporate her suggestions. The Technique... Show

The Importance Of Technology Over Time
Over time the viewpoints regarding technology and the importance of it changes
depending on the different situations of the time. The three texts Feed by M.T
Anderson, The Time Machine by H.G Wells, and As We May Think by Vannevar
Bush are influenced by the context of their respective times when they discuss
technology. In the novel Feed, the use of a machine that gives access to the internet
and retrieves information for the user which is implanted in a person, a feed, being
used to illustrate a problem with technology causing complacency. The Time Machine
follows a similar negative view of technology being a cause for the complacency of
society because of the reliance on said technology. As We May Think is a more
forward thinking article pushing for the continual advancement of technology that
supports society through an idea referencing to the computer and the internet we have
today. As for how the political climate influenced the texts, during the time As We
May Think was written a significant amount of tension between the world was
present, toward the tail of World War I. On the contrary both Feed and The Time
Machinewere written during a calmer time period, less significant political conflicts
present, coming up with a conclusion that technology will do society a disfavor. Bush
mentions multiple innovations, such as voice recording and film technologies, that
have been happening during his time bringing up that these innovations are good and
that better can be done
The Evolution Of The Homo
Our homo ancestors date back to about 2.5 million years ago. Classification of the
genus Homo into species and subspecies remains poorly defined and subject to
incomplete information, leading to difficulties in binomial naming, and the use of
common names, such as Neanderthal and Denisovan . With that being said, many
people get a misunderstanding when discussing our homo ancestors. The biggest
issue is knowing what a species are actually apart of the genus homo and who isn t.
Several species, including Australopithecus garhi, Australopithecus sediba,
Australopithecus africanus, and Australopithecus afarensis, have been proposed as
the direct ancestor of the Homo lineage. These species have morphological features
that align them with... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Homo habilis had smaller molars and larger brains than the australopithecines, and
made tools from stone and perhaps animal bones. One of the first known hominids,
it was nicknamed handy man by discoverer Louis Leakey due to its association
with stone tools. Some scientists have proposed moving this species out of Homo
and into Australopithecus due to the morphology of its skeleton being more adapted
to living on trees rather than to moving on two legs like Homo sapiens. Homo
rudolfensis findings in Kenya have been suggested to be Homo habilis, but scientists
are unsure. The fossils found from these two species are said to be from about 1.8
million years ago.
Homo georgicus, named after the country Georgia, is said to possibly be an
intermediate form between Homo erectus and Homo habilis or a sub species of Homo
erectus.
Homo erectus lived from about 1.8 million to about 70,000 years ago. Many
scientist believe that the early stages of erectus, about 1.8 to 1.2 million years ago,
is a separate species called Homo ergaster, seen as a sub species of erectus. In the
early Pleistocene, 1.5 1 Ma, in Africa some populations of Homo habilis are thought
to have evolved more complex brains and made more elaborate stone tools; these
differences and others are sufficient for anthropologists to classify them as a new
species, Homo erectus.
The next two species are said to be a mix between Homo

Character Analysis Of Napolewell And The Animal Farm
Mr. Jones
Mr. Jones was the original owner of the farm whose rule ended when the animals
rebelled. His character symbolizes that of the ruler of Russia prior to the
revolution, Tsar Nicholas II, who resigned from the throne due to unrest in the
people. Prior to the animal rebellion, Jones had lost money due to a lawsuit and his
farm suffered, his men were idle and dishonest, the fields were full of weeds...and
the animals were underfed (38). This was the breaking point that finally led the
animals to rebel. Correspondingly, the immediate cause towards Nicholas II s
abdication were food shortages (the driving force of the February Revolution).
Napoleon
After Jones was out of the way, Snowball and Napoleon became the two disagreeing
leaders. Napoleon represents Joseph Stalin, although he wasn t the immediate next
leader of Russia after Tsar Nicholas II was overthrown. Just as how Napoleon
executed animals who were a threat and the air was heavy with the smell of blood,
which had been unknown since the expulsion of Mr. Jones (Nicholas II was given
the name Nicholas the Bloody), Joseph Stalin had his reign of terror called the
Great Purge (93) where he executed many of his own people whom he believed were
against him. Another striking similarity was when Napoleon agreed to cooperate
with Frederick, selling him the pile of timber, and assured the animals that the stories
of an impending attack on Animal Farm were completely untrue (105). However,
Frederick did eventually

1991, merged in 2004 to form Salina Family Health Care Center (SFHC). Since the
inception the clinic has served Saline County with health and dental care for
uninsured and low income residents. In addition the clinic has provided residency
programs for family medicine physicians for future role as providers to rural Kansas
towns. In December of 2004 SHEF became a Federally Qualified Health Center

Swot Analysis Of Cadbury
Different Markets
Cadbury is the leading player in confectionery, with its Dairy Milk brand, as
mentioned before, accounting for over 13% of total confectionery value at the end
of the review period overall. This however wouldn t be possible without the company
being highly visible in the mass media channels with its tagline of kuch meetha ho

Cadbury has unfortunately seen lack of penetration in the rural market where people
tend to dismiss it as a high end product, as the prices do range between standard and
premium, never any less. The reason for high prices is due some of the cocoa, a
major ingredient, having to be imported, resulting in several charges and a higher
inventory. The company must also find solutions to natural conditions, for example,
heat. The majority of the markets in India are not air conditioned, hence cannot store
chocolates, at least during hot summers, which limits market access.
Industrial Production
Cadbury, beside many other companies, supply the local market through its local
production units. Cadbury India manages to practice this through five factories,
located in Thane, Pune, Induri and Malanpur in West India, and Baddi in North
India. Cocoa, being a major raw material as discussed, is not only imported but also
procured mainly from local plantations in South India, in the states of Kerala, Tamil
Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The company, after manufacturing many of its
mouthwatering products exports them in bulk to Sri Lanka, Dubai, the US and the
Maldives. The positive outcome of this is that Cadbury India does not have to be
involved in third party manufacturing.

The Fall Of The Gupta Empire
Numerous empires and civilizations have risen and fallen in many nations since time
began like the Romans, Aztecs, and the Mongols. These empires were powerful with
their control over many riches, people and land masses; however they all
experienced a decline in power. Throughout history scholars regarded Indiaas a great
and accomplished nation. Notable civilizations emerged from Indian culture
specifically during the classical period. For example civilizations like the Mauryan
Empire and the Gupta Empireare well known zeniths of Indian culture. Between the
early fourth and the mid sixth century, India experienced the rise and fall of one of
its zeniths of civilization. Although the Gupta Empire is known as one of India s
major zeniths, it experienced a decline due to leadership, invasions, and rebellions.

Great civilization and empires can collapse as a result of rebellions. New nations are
born out of the groups that secede from larger ones. As the new civilizations arise the
old ones continue to decline and lose the power they held before. The internal
structure of an empire must remain strong or the empire will not stand. Internal
rebellions break empires down and strip them of their leadership. The Gupta Empire

ABSTRACT
Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) plays an important role in stimulating the growth
potentials and providing stability to the economy of Saudi Arabia. Our findings show
that there are mainly four factors which determine the net FDI flow to Saudi Arabia.
These are GDP, Privatization, Import and Export and Growth rate of GDP. There
exists a positive relationship between FDI and GDP and GDP growth rate while it is
negatively related to privatisation and imports plus exports taken ... Show more

2. LITERATURE REVIEW
Estimates reported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
(EBRD,1997) suggest that several countries have experienced very rapid growth
of the private sector during the transition period. A number of studies have
suggested that investment and growth in developing economies is positively
associated with indicators of openness and export promotion (Balasubramanyam et
al., 1996). Such findings may suggest that investors prefer countries with relatively
liberal trade regimes and few constraints on profit repatriation, possibly within
regions with wider supra national free trade arrangements. De Mello (2000)
analyzed the time series and panel data for 32 OECD and non OECD countries for
the period 1970 90. He estimated the impact of FDI on capital accumulation and
output growth in the recipient economy supporting the FDI led growth hypothesis.
Similarly, Soto (2000); Alfaro, Chanda, Kalelmi Ozcan, Sayek (2004); Li and Liu
(2005) found positive impact of FDI on GDP growth. They all used FDI measure as
percentage of GDP. Liu et al. (2002) examined the long run relationship between
economic growth, FDI and trade in China. A study on the quarterly data for imports,

The French Revolution Of 1848 Research Paper
When viewing significant landmarks in history often one looks at extravagant
architectural marvels where important events took place looking past the streets
where history is written in blood. The June Days of the French Revolution of 1848
tells such a history where lawlessness, rebellion, and economic depression culminated
in an uprising in Paristhat divided the city between insurgents and loyalists. Thus the
streets were a key battleground in the June Days and French Revolutionof 1848

to the French Revolution of 1848 is further evident in their systematic eradication

The election of Louis Napoleon Bonaparte as president ended the French
Revolution of 1848 and signified a new direction for France. However, Napoleon
eager not to forgot the lessons of June Days commissioned a massive renovation
campaign of Paris headed by Georges EugГЁne Haussmann. Haussmann expanded
the streets and created boulevards as to arguably make the streets much more
difficult to barricade. Many of the small narrow streets and residential buildings of
the inner city as a result were destroyed to make way for Haussmann s wide
boulevards. Thousands of people were forced to relocate to the outer edges of the
city. This is important because it ensured that a revolt like the June Days would be
much more difficult in the future if possible at all. Napoleon s efforts to destroy the
inner city neighborhoods and streets further legitimizes their significance in the

The list of possible conditions an orthopedic surgeon can treat is endless. An
orthopedic surgeon can treat many musculoskeletal conditions without surgery, by
using medications, exercise, and other rehabilitative therapies. However, an
orthopedic surgeon may recommend surgical treatment if the patient does not
respond to other treatments. The types of surgeries orthopedic surgeons perform
include arthroscopy, fusion, internal fixation, joint replacement, osteotomy, and

Analysis Of Slumdog Millionaire
Rising from the slums to become a millionaire is one in a million chance. Yet,
Jamal, the main character of Slumdog Millionaire, has raised his life from living in
the slums to living the life a millionaire. With their mother dying, Jamal and his
brother started off in the slums living off trash and garbage. From experience,
Jamal was able to recall certain events and situations to help him answer certain
question on the Who wants to be a millionaire show. For example, Jamal was able to
answer the question, What does God Rama hold in his right hand? , by simply
remembering the time after his mother was killed and him and his brother, Salim,
were being chased. (Thesis) Not only did the plot of the movie made the movie
interesting and amazing to watch, but the acting, aging through camera transitions,
and overall goal of Jamal to find Latika throughout conflicts made Slumdog
Millionaire a amazing movie.
The acting of Slumdog Millionaire seemed to be integrated into the environment
and the setting of the slums. With the use of real children from the slums, the
movie seems to be very real as the children seem to already fit the descriptions of
being part of the slums. Living in India, I was able to understand the conditions and
lives of the people that lived around the slums. These people are recognized by the
majority of the public as being savages and uncivilized. The child actors that played
Jamal and Salim in the movie fit the description of being savages and uncivilized. For
example, Jamal jumped into the pile of poop from the outdoor bathroom to get to
Amitabh Bachchan to get his autograph. And as for Salim, Salim fit the description
of being uncivilized due to the fact he had no regards for other people s lives. A
perfect example is when Salim was in charge of all the other children in the child
slave ring, Salim at one point took away a baby from another girl to give it to
Latika. In this scene, Latika didn t want to hold the baby but had to hold the baby
because Salim threaten to drop it. Overall, the acting of Slumdog Millionaire was
amazing because of many reasons. Reasons including the fact that the actors that
played Jamal, Salim, and Latika were real children from the slums of India which

Lincoln On Leadership Analysis
Over the years I have been fortunate enough to attend several leadership courses.
Some were really helpful and caused me to relook at the way I do things, while
others were only marginal. In one way or another, they were all built around
influencing others to get the mission completed. Prior to reading Lincoln On
Leadershipby Donald T. Phillips I had never realized what a truly an amazing leader
Lincoln was. Phillips explorers Lincoln s life through his anecdotes and his
leadership style that no other leaders have been able to match. Lincoln was a leader

had an open door policy and would never turn anyone away that wanted to talk with
him. A couple of months into his time as acting commander one of my officers went
to Josh because he knew that Josh would listen to him and not think less of him for
needing help. The officer was having some issues at home and wanted Josh s
guidance. The officer already knew what he needed to do, but wanted to hear it
from someone he trusted. When leaders cut themselves off from their people, there
is no ability to build trust like the trust that Josh had built with this officer. I thought
I had a good relationship with the officer, but this proved to me that I needed to do
some work on my leadership. I made some changes and I believe that if the same
thing happened today, the officer would have come to me

He decides to return to the hospital. Carmody again a member of the staff says the
hospital could not attain the records form Larson s visit two days earlier.
Instead, he is taken by way of cab to St. Vincent s, a closer hospital. When he
arrived, Larson rated his pain as being seven out of a possible 10. A nurse classified
his case as quot;urgent quot;.
After some examination, he was told this was no more than a virus (due to flu like
symptoms) and it would pass.
January 25. It has been a long, hard, nerve racking day for Larson. He has just
returned to his downtown Manhattan apartment on Greenwich Avenue from the final
dress rehearsal before the preview of his On Broadway musical quot;Rent quot;.
Perhaps he was trying to relax with some nice, hot tea, or perhaps it was just to heat
up some remedy he had picked up from a stage hand in passing through the cloud of
hectic activity which consumed him that day. Larson collapsed there, in front of the
stove that day, dead, and was later discovered by Mr. Carmody.
Dead. After six years
Wind Energy And Wind Power
Wind power
Wind energy or wind power is extracted from air flow using wind turbines or sails
to produce mechanical or electrical energy. Windmills are used for their mechanical
power, wind pumps for water pumping, and sails to propel ships.
Wind turbines operate on a simple principle. The energy in the wind turns two or
three propeller like blades around a rotor. The rotor is connected to the main shaft,
which spins a generator to create electricity. Click on the image to see an animation
of wind at work.
Wind turbines use the wind s kinetic energy to generate electrical energy that can be
used in homes and businesses. Individual wind turbines can be used to generate
electricity on a small scale to power a single home, for example. A ... Show more

It is then mixed with hot air and blown into the firebox of the boiler. The coal/air
mixture provides the most complete combustion and maximum heat possible.
2.Water turns to steam
Highly purified water, pumped through pipes inside the boiler, is turned into steam
by the heat. The steam reaches temperatures of up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit and
pressures up to 3,500 pounds per square inch, and is piped to the turbine.
3.Steam turns the turbine
The pressure of the steam pushing against a series of giant turbine blades turns the
turbine shaft. The turbine shaft is connected to the shaft of the generator, where
magnets spin within wire coils to produce electricity.
Hydro electric
Hydropower plants capture the energy of falling water to generate electricity. A
turbine converts the kinetic energy of falling water into mechanical energy. Then a
generator converts the mechanical energy from the turbine into electrical energy.
1.Raises the water level of the river to create falling water which powers the hydro
turbine
2.The force of falling water pushing against the turbine s blades causes the turbine to
spin. A water turbine is much like a windmill, except the energy is provided by
falling water instead of wind. The turbine converts the kinetic energy of falling water
into mechanical energy.
3.Connected to the turbine by shafts so when the turbine spins it causes the generator
to spin also. Converts the mechanical energy from the turbine into electric
Doloplus 2 Pain Assessment
In order to identify and prevent persistent pain in elderly population with dementia,
Monacelly et al. (2013) conducted a study in a nursing home in Italy by using
Doloplus 2 pain assessment tool. The participants were patients (n=23) with
moderate to severe dementia and were unable to express the feeling of pain.
Researchers obtained consent from the management and designated legal guardians
of the patients. The purpose of the study was to observe the pain symptoms of the
same group of elderly population for a period of one year and evaluate the
effectiveness of the pain management by using the Doloplus 2 diagnostic pain
assessment tool. As an initial part of the study, presence of pain was confirmed in
participated patients by using the Doloplus 2

Balancing and High Availability Load balancing is an important solution used to
distribute incoming traffic among servers. So if any failure happens to one server
it can load from another server. Thus we get maximum availability. Increase in new
servers according to demand will make sure accessibility and responsiveness, and
load balancer share in formations with new servers. It shares all the data with two
or more servers. So it s easy to get more amount of work in the same amount of
time. Therefore server gets faster. It s a good solution to implement in U20 football
to maintain availability of uninterrupted Media content. Database servers can work
together and read only database servers can work easily. But all data servers have
read and write enabled data. So the best way is to copy read only data to servers.
Sync problem is the main problem to work severs together. There is no single
solution to avoid the sync problem. There are multiple solutions and all solutions

Wondering About My Sexuality
I had been wondering about some things in life as I was heading through my teen
years and sexuality was one of them. I was nineteen but I still wasn t sure what boat
I wanted to catch yet. I liked boys don t get me wrong but sexual activity with them
just wasn t exciting and arousing.
I was catching up with my bisexual friend Shelly she was beautiful, had the most
attractive body and she told me she would help me to venture onto trying something
a little different in the sexual department. I wasn t really into the idea of becoming
fleshly with a girl but that was a guessing opinion of mine as I hadn t tried it out
before.
Shelly arrived and let herself in and helped herself to some red wine I had chilling in
my ice bucket.
As we sipped our wine Shelly explained the wine would help to calm my nerves for
the first time.
After a few wines we started giggling together then Shelly moved in for the growl. I
could feel her coming close to me, feeling her hands on my face and I couldn t help
but to go with it.
Her lips connected to mine and our tongues explored for a few moments until Shelly
pulled away and smiled, So honey got any finger food I m a little peckish . I went to
the kitchen and opened some savory biscuits and placed them in a bowl when I felt
Shelly s arms around my waist clutching me tightly. Her lips came close to my ear.
I felt her teeth gently gnaw into my ear as she started to slide her knee inside my
thighs letting me feel her close.
Shelly s warmth had a

On that foundation, we are pursuing one big, overarching goal. We aim to be the
world s strongest, best and best integrated aerospace company for today and
tomorrow. Measured against that goal, 2007 stands out as a year of significant and
accelerating progress. We achieved record financial performance, which reflects the
potent combination of good top line growth and strong gains in productivity. Total
revenues rose to an all time high of $66.4 billion. For the first time ever, both of our
core businesses Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Boeing Integrated Defense
Systems simultaneously achieved double digit operating margins. Gains in
productivity and performance in existing programs contributed significantly to
earnings and helped offset additional investment in key growth programs. Our cash
flow went from strong to even stronger increasing from $7.5 billion in 2006 to $9.6
billion in 2007.
We also had our best year ever in capturing new business and adding to a backlog

  • 2. The Secret Life Of Bees Theme Essay In the book called The Secret Life of Bee s written by Sue Monk Kidd there are characters such as Lily, Rosaline, T.Ray, Deborah, August, May, Zach, etc. From the list of characters stated one that I admire the most and seem to have a lot in common in is Zach. I admire him due to his determination, his want to be a lawyer, and especially due to the fact that he plays football. Well Zachery Taylor (His full name) is as determined as they come. Living in a world full of Racist white men with white privilege breathing down his neck. Zach will just keep on churning through everything. Small examples of his determination are Law schools being explicit to whites only. Stating his only way of being educated is unavailable. Some ways he tries to overcome this is communicating with Clayton Forrest (Lawyer). He ends up learning off Clayton to learn tips and tricks. He uses it as an alternative to school. Falling in love with Lily also shows another hump in his life that he overcomes with determination. Knowing it s a white man s world and being caught with Lily will be a serious crime due to the time. So for that he keeps it lowkey. Everything seems to go good for Zach until he is... They re many jobs he can take up which ll be much easier then becoming a lawyer. He can even get more into the honey business due to him being involved in it with August. Yet for some reason he chooses a lawyer. For me a lawyer has always seemed as an opportunity to me so I admire the fact that he wants
  • 3. Misconceptions Of Social Welfare Programs There are many questions people ask about social welfare programs. Who is receiving these benefits? Are the people receiving these benefits abusing the system? What portion of our tax dollars are going into these programs? What are the long term effects of these programs? What about the non working part of the population? According to the Social Work Degree Center, some of the most common misconceptions of social welfareprograms are that people in poverty are simply just lazy and unmotivated, that all people have equal opportunities, and that there is only a relatively small portion of people experiencing poverty. The governmentis trying to sustain the social welfare programs while trying to help maintain and protect the general welfare... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In reality, middle class Americans receive the most resources from the government. This is because most homeless people can not apply for welfare due to their circumstances, most of the people applying for welfare have are working, but do not make enough money so they need some assistance to make ends meet every month, or there is a deceased, disabled, or injured person in the household. The government budget is about four trillion dollars and two hundred and seventy billion goes into funding for welfare programs. Of that amount, seventy billion goes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and seven hundred billion goes to Medicare and Social Security. However, the money does not all come from the same place. The money for food benefits comes from government revenue such as income taxes, fees, charges, and insurance taxes. These are referred to as withholding taxes. Most often, these fees are taken out of your income by your employer and are given directly to the government. The government takes about ninety percent of your income to insure that you will not fall behind on paying taxes, which is why your employer deducts the money right from your paycheck. The cash benefits given to each person or family is about one hundred and ninety dollars, but for every extra person, one hundred and fifty dollars is added to the total amount of
  • 4. A Short Story On Hard Times And Tough Decisions I want to tell you a short story about hard times and tough decisions. There was a man and women who I knew very well that were deeply in love, young and stupid. They were introduced to selling drugs, and at the time they thought it was a good idea, and did not think of the consequences. But the money the two were bringing in meant they could not afford to stop. They one day the two went out to a party to sell the drugs. At the party they sold it to the wrong guy who just so happened to be an undercover cop. The two got arrested and were sentenced to 90 days in jail to think what they have done. The two were not allowed to see each other for six months but they were so lost without each other. After the sentencing and their time apart, they both vowed not to ever put each other in danger and harm s way again, but because of their actions it became harder for them to find good paying jobs and they slowly started to live in poverty. The reason why I told you this short story is because no matter how rough life is, do not resort to crime or drugs. There is always a better path to follow. Crime has a capacity to create brutal sequences causing unemployment, economic downturns and instability. Poverty and crime combined leave people with two choices: either take part in criminal activities, or try to find legal ways of income which is very difficult if having criminal records. After being rehabilitated in jail more than 40 percent of ex cons commit crimes within three years of

When reading this book, the three habits that stuck out the most were: habit two, habit three, and habit five. These habits were the ones that stuck out most because every freshman can easily apply them to their first year of highschool. If you want to have a successful freshman year of high school you may want to take some of the tips. Habit two, was one of the habits that can be applied to a high school freshman s first year, because it talks about being with the end in mind. Being with the end in mind means that you should control your own destiny or someone else will. Habit three is Put First Things First meaning will and won t power. Habit three explains how you should prioritize the most important things that have to get done. For example, if you have a five paragraph essay due tomorrow but you want to go out with your friends, you should pick which is most important and do that and then find other time to do the other thing. In this case you should probably prioritize the five paragraph essay before going out with your friends. Sean said, The problem comes when we become so focused on urgent things that we put off important things that aren t urgent, like working on that report in advanced, going for a walk in the mountains, or writing an important letter to a friend. All these important things get pushed aside by urgent thinks, like phone calls, interruptions, drop ins, deadlines, other people s problems, and other in your face do it now things, (108). • 6. Los Alamos Influence This clearly goes to show how the work done at Los Alamos was an enormous influence even on his later work in life. So not only did the work at Los Alamos have a profound effect on Feynman, but his work was also an important contribution towards completion of the project. According to Peter Galison in a paper titled Feynman s War: Modelling Weapons, Modelling Nature, he notes: In terms of the Los Alamos mission to deliver a workable nuclear weapon, Feynman s supervision of numerical implosions was probably as important as anything he did. This implies that this work was on the same level of importance as his later work, which says a lot since this is the work that he is most acclaimed for; the work that is responsible for his reputation ... Improving Performance of Brick Mortar Stores Using Customer Behavior Analytics AUTHORS Mr. Shubham Tapadar: Intellectual property and big data Mr. Tejas Arackal: Resource and reference gathering Mr. Prateek Ghate: Feasibility of product and threats Mrs. Swetha Maluvadu Ravi: Financial feasibility Mr. Bharat Krishen Mehta: Data analytics and marketing EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The proliferation of online shopping has significantly altered the retail landscape. While the physical store continues to exist and even thrive in many cases the risk of turning irrelevant remains. Millennials who will constitute a significant percentage of the consumer population in the future prefer the convenience of online and mobile shopping. When they occasionally do step into the store, it is more likely to experience the product than complete a purchase. Smart retailers know that the only way to survive the onslaught of multiple channels is to reinvent the store by offering a personalized experience that extends beyond what a consumer gets online. This calls for collection and analysis of consumer and transactional data. It is not just online retailers who are sitting on huge data mounds. Physical stores operating in digitized environments have access to rich shopper data too: Point Of Sale systems, loyalty programs, surveillance cameras, and facial recognition systems. They must leverage this data by performing analytics and use the insights gained to improve the store experience

  • 9. Ideal Female Body Vs. Aerie s Real Beauty For almost 50 years, it has been a growing trend for women to be ultra thin. A tiny waist, large hips, and flat stomach are the characteristics of an ideal female body. (Suhay 1.) Though there are many campaigns and battles for women to be their own beautiful selves , there are even larger campaigns for ultra thin, unhealthy lifestyles that are not usually made public by large companies and corporations. Dove launched its Love Yourself campaign in 2004. It flew almost unnoticed until 2013 when Abercrombie and Fitch s CEO s interview from 2006 resurfaced. He stated that he didn t want uncool and fat kids wearing his clothes. Everyone hit back with anti body shaming campaigns, blogs, Youtube channels, websites, and posters. Although these campaigns are taking over the internet, huge companies and corporations still have their ideas of a perfect female body. (Schreiber 2.) These companies ads and posters are known to make young women and young men feel like they are inferior to company models. After spending... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Aerie s Real Beauty Models are showing both ends of the beauty standard spectrum. Women go to extreme lengths, such as purging and starving themselves to look like an ultra thin model because it s still not widely accepted to be a normal size. Even the fight to stop body shaming has restrictions. In the fashion industry, one can be big and curvy, or ultra thin. Hollywood creates characters with relatively offensive names, for comedies. (Suhay 1). People don t seem to notice how upsetting it really is. On the internet end of the spectrum, fitspo and thinspo are taking over the web. Many blogs show that society glamorizes being ultra thin. 100 years of videos are taking over the internet and are always featured with picture perfect male and female body images. Even toys influence children s views on size. Barbie s body shape was made for pop culture. (Suhay
  • 10. Germany and the United Kingdom Germany and the United Kingdom All countries in our world share many similarities and differences. This allows each country to learn from one another s failures and successes. Two of the countries that have similar and different ways that they run their country is Germany and the United Kingdom. These countries each have their own style of how they choose to run their countries. Both Germany and the United Kingdomare democracies in the world, however they have many differences between the two. Germany has a constitution, simple branches of government, a complicated electoral system, and interactive local government. On the other hand, the United Kingdom has no written constitution, a complex branches of government, an intricate electoral... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The political institutions in the United Kingdom are very different of those in Germany. The United Kingdom does not have a written constitution (The British Constitution). This means that unlike Germany and the United States, the United Kingdom does not have a tangible paper that has the basic laws and rights written down on them for all citizens. The constitution is generally understood to include a number of written documents and unwritten rules that most British citizens view as inviolable (O Neil, Fields, Share). The United Kingdom bases their constitution on documents that have developed in the past. Power lies with Parliament in the United Kingdom, so without a written constitution, the people of the state truly do not get much of a say. Therefore, from a political institution standpoint, these two countries could not be any more different from one another. Branches of government vary from country to country. In Germany, there is a chancellor, a president, the Bundestag, and the Bundestrat. The chancellor is in charge of the whole executive branch, and the president is just the chief of state (The British Constitution). The chancellor is also the prime minister and runs basically everything in the government, while the president tends to just do a few important things, but does not make important decisions. Germany has a bicameral legislature which includes
  • 11. Heroism Depicted Throughout The Epic Poem, The Iliad And... Heroism is shown through the ages in a variety of areas all over the world. One of the greatest examples of how heroism is depicted within a literary work is in Homer s epic poem, The Iliad. Although the ideals of heroism are apparent in the poem, it is important to understand how the same theme can be seen through other works of literature. The Knights Tale, which is one of the greatest stories that Chaucer s Canterbury Tales has to offer. The Iliadand The Knights Tale are both stories that contain the ideals of heroism. In the epic poem, The Iliad, Homer was brilliant in showing the idea of traditional heroism on the battlefield. There is a clear conviction that comes from Homer in that he directed towards his audience with the motive of making them understand the true definition of heroism. One of the greatest examples of how heroism is displayed is the success within the field of battle. Heroism is defined by the wish and willingness to emerge as a winner in case of militants. Through military conflict heroism is defined by the urge on the war field as well as the desire to defend and protect one s honor. However, the complexity that exists within the heroism is what redefines the ideal of heroism by truly revealing it. Wife, I too have thought upon all this, but with what face should I look upon the Trojans, men or women, if I shirked battle like a coward? (142). Within this final scene between Hector and his wife, the heroism of war is truly displayed. Hector
  • 12. Pros and Cons of Installing Closed-Circuit Television... Installation of surveillance camera systems as a way to deter crimes or criminal acts has gained traction in recent years. In some countries, surveillance camera systems also known as closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras have also installed in educational institutions as a security measure to address fears for the safety of the students (Hope, 2004; Corpuz, 2011). The trend, however, did not stop. From halls and corridors, some education institutions have started to install cameras inside the classrooms as a means not just to monitor the teachers, but also to address classroom misbehavior (Shepherd, 2009). This paper seeks to cover the possible positive and negative effects of installing CCTV systems inside the classrooms.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Grant (2004) said educators want video cameras in classrooms to address the issue of violence in schools. Often teachers who are attacked have no way of proving their claims because pupils who witness the incidents fail to back up their stories. Video camera footage could be used to substantiate teachers versions of events as well as to deter pupils from launching the attacks (Grant, 2004). In the Philippines, the installation of cameras inside the classrooms is seen in a similar light. As cited in Grafil (2011), University of Santo Tomas security chief Joseph Badinas said the cameras can be used to track people who are doing something suspicious. The reason behind the installation of CCTV systems in the classrooms can be attributed to the triadic reciprocality principle of the social cognitive theory (Bandura, 1986). Under this principle, human life is consisted of a perpetual series of interactions among the environment, their individual behavior, and personal cognitive variables like thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions. These three constructs interact and influences each other reciprocally. Applying the
  • 13. Sensitivity Analysis In general sensitivity analysis, the most influencing parameters are identified through building a statistical linear model, partial t test, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Sensitivity analysis was conducted through Design of experiments (DoE) in order to determine the most influencing geological parameters on the Gas Assisted Gravity Drainage process performance. DoE combines multi level of each parameter to create many computer experiments evaluated by the compositional reservoir simulation to obtain the flow response factor. In this study, the parameters adopted for sensitivity analysis are horizontal permeability, anisotropy ratio $K_{v}/K_{h}$, and porosity, all given for the entire reservoir. First, more than 80 computer... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Moreover, this fact can be also observed in Figure ~ref{fig:sa1lm} that decorates the component residual plots for each parameter. If a variable has a horizontal straight line of residual, it has no effect on the response and should be removed from the linear model, specifically the porosity variable. Figure ~ref{fig:sa1_lm} shows the basic diagnostic plots for the full linear model. The residuals vs. fitted plot is used to determine if the linear relationship between the predictors (parameters) and outcome factors are captured by the model. An accurate model will have a residuals vs. fitted plot with a horizontal line with residuals above and below it without forming a pattern or grouping, as seen in the top left plot. Moreover, the normal Q Q plot, shown in the top right plot, is used to determine if the residuals are normally distributed. A good normal distribution will have a normal Q Q plot which follows a straight line, as do our results. Furthermore, the Scale Location plot shows if the residuals are spread equally along all ranges of the predictors. Ideally, the residuals should be randomly spread across all fitted values and not tend to one area, as ours do in the bottom left plot. Likewise, the Residuals vs Leverage plot determines how big of an impact outliers points have on the regression curve. Additionally, outliers away from the Cook s distance will have a large
  • 14. Crossing The Bar And Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night C. Caiden Cannon Compare/Contrast Literary Analysis 12 February, 2018 In literature there are common overarching themes that connect every piece of writing. In the hundreds of millions of books every written, there are only seven identifiable plots, overcoming the monster, rags to riches, the quest, voyage and return, comedy, tragedy, and rebirth. Showing how no matter how different a book may seem it can be easily compared due to these overarching themes. This is just as through true of the two poems, Crossing the Bar , by Lord Alfred Tennyson, and Do Not Go Gentle Into that Good Night , by Dylan Thomas. These poems are both about death and facing it in different ways. Lord Tennyson s poem is about facing the onward and inevitable fact... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Thomas throughout his poem goes through and breaks down men into four different, categories showing men should still fight and struggle against death no matter what type of man they are. Thomas begs his father who he is begging to fight death, that his father must fight oncoming death. Showing this poems purpose of begging the listener not to die. This also reveals a different way people perceive death, Thomas s poem shows one will want always want to stay alive. Directly contrasting Lord Tennyson s poem which says, And may there be no sadness of farewell, / When I embark (Tennyson 11 12). Showing how when one looks upon themself, they will find death as a matter of fact, and view it as something unable to be fought. Throughout Tennyson s poem he reveals the purpose of his poem, death is natural and inevitable. Tennyson alludes to the fact he wants no one to be sad at his death unlike in Thomas s poem who clearly shows sadness is normal an even necessary, to encourage the fight of death. As one can see a major contrast is drawn up through the high difference in the purpose of these two poems, also revealing there are many contrasting thoughts associated with
  • 15. Analysis And Belief Of The Crocodile Analysis and Belief The crocodile has a significant role in Papua New Guinea culture. The people over there believe that reptiles are human s ancestors. The reason they are cutting their skin and pretending to be a crocodile is because they also believe by withstanding the pain, they will be strong enough to face the difficulties and problems in the future. Also the skin cutting act is for separating young men from the world of womenfolk, and to fill them with the power of crocodile. Another reason that they want to cut their skin is because without the skin cutting rituals, they (young men) are not a full member of their father s clan. It is an interesting culture which very different to modern society s because we were born to be our family s clan, we don t have to do anything to prove because we have already had our birth certificate. Since it is too easy to be one of our family s clan, there s a certain amount of the people doesn t appreciate of their identity and always against their family unlike the people in Chambri Tribe. They value it, they have to withstand the skin cutting pain and the chances of death especially they are still in a third world country. They cherish their identity and their family members. Rituals The skin cutting rituals takes place every four to five years. Boys as early as 12 until 35 can have the cutting rituals to prove themselves. Since the rituals are very expensive and it is not such a thing that it is affordable by one family and they

  • 18. To Kill A Mockingbird Chapter 5 Analysis I chose the vocabulary words emboldened (courage), and apprehension (anxiety or fear something bad or unpleasant will happen). The reason they apply to comprehending chapter 5 and the book is because courage is a major characteristic of the underdog, and without it they become the average person who is unable to overcome disadvantages exceedingly well. In particular courage was a key aspect in the way Freirich approached the children with leukemia. In contrast, apprehension is a quality that the underdog is not familiar with, alternatively it is a trait of a person who is not willing to take risks, chances, think outside of the box, or oppose the norm . Hence, the difference between these two qualities is a major factor when considering the... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In addition, Gladwell painted a good picture of the sorrow felt due to the severity of the affects on the children from drugs, procedures, and imminent death more often than not. Gladwell gave extensive detail to drive the point home of how audacious it was not to think outside of the box or form an unconvential strategy to help save these childrens lives. In order to really understand the general atmosphere, which appeared to be morgue like; the attitudes of the doctors who worked on that ward issuing death sentences providing no hope to their patients needed to be made crystal clear. Otherwise, it would be difficult for your average person who has empathy to understand some of Freirichs approaches as they were viewed as haineous and unempathetic. Even though Freirich did not possess a great amount of bedside manner, he did have empathy for the continued torture that the children were experiencing; relative to his childhood. Freirich could empathize because he also had a tormented period of life, his ability to emotionally express this was void. In essence the lack of affection as a child affected his genteel nature in adulthood. Freirich is able to handle these factors in the Cancer ward because he immediately began attempting to conform to the heinous conditions by finding a resolution or way to improve the statistics. The difference in Freirich and your average person is his resilience in opposing the giants in these circumstances despite the consequences. Once again similar to the underdog strategies used in previous chapters such as Randadive and Boeis; different unique strategies are utilized to overcome disadvantages attaining success in impossible

What Is The Similarities Between The Lamb And The Tyger The Lamb and The Tyger William Blake, a prominent poet in the late 1800s, wrote some of the most meaningful pieces that are still looked at today by many. Poems are unique because they must arrive to the point while also compacting all of the necessary literary devices needed for a concise message. William Blakedoes just this especially in his contrasting poems The Lamband The Tyger. The poems The Tyger and The Lamb along with their literary devices coexist in order to create romanticism and to convey William Blake s important contrasting messages of innocence and power. In the poem The Lamb, the principal theme is innocence. The picture in the poem displays a young naked boy speaking to a lamb. Both the lamb and the child represent innocence... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... It is documented that Blake had raw talent in coloring and writing. Not only did he show such rare potential at a young age, he also claimed to have several supernatural visions. Almost every poem he has written involves a higher being perhaps because of his miraculous visions that he has experienced. His most famous poems contrast each other in that they talk about completely different things. Blake s songs of innocence go in depth in describing our existence and how nature is more related to ourselves than we think. William Blake s other poems deal with a different perspective that involves the loss of innocence and power. Blake wrote these contrasting poems in order to teach readers and scholars the important relationships they have with each other. The Tyger for instance is a poem that deals with power and corruption. The Lamb is a poem that makes us readers ponders the most basic unanswered human questions. Naturally many view a lamb as weak, and I think that the author did this in order for him to tell his message. The Tyger by many is viewed as a poem that deals with God s other characteristics. God is viewed as merciful in the Lamb, however, in the Tyger, God is viewed more along the lines of the immense power he possesses. The Tyger naturally is a creature of power because of the strength it

Aside from the construction of the facility, the scope of the project also looks into the different methods as to how the facility can produce quality wastewaterwhich is safe to be disposed to the local waterways. The main priority of the project is to produce an effluent which follows the appropriate discharge requirements given by the authorities. There are some suggested procedures in relation to planning, designing, constructing, and operating of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Factors that need to be consider are people s health and the environment, improvement processes, the combination of control and treatment with storm water, the effluent disposal and possible reuse of wastewater, removal of bio solid and its reuse, and small flows on site treatment and disposal (Qasim, 1998, p.35). The design of the treatment plant must incorporate effectiveness and flexibility in order to deal with changes in the season, including the long term wastewater quality changes. Thus, the design must also be appropriate according to both the local and national government s future regulations. This will ensure that the community will benefit from the Wastewater Treatment plant on a long term basis, as it

The three texts Feed by M.T Anderson, The Time Machine by H.G Wells, and As We May Think by Vannevar Bush are influenced by the context of their respective times when they discuss technology. In the novel Feed, the use of a machine that gives access to the internet and retrieves information for the user which is implanted in a person, a feed, being used to illustrate a problem with technology causing complacency. The Time Machine follows a similar negative view of technology being a cause for the complacency of society because of the reliance on said technology. As We May Think is a more forward thinking article pushing for the continual advancement of technology that supports society through an idea referencing to the computer and the internet we have today. As for how the political climate influenced the texts, during the time As We May Think was written a significant amount of tension between the world was present, toward the tail of World War I. Classification of the genus Homo into species and subspecies remains poorly defined and subject to incomplete information, leading to difficulties in binomial naming, and the use of common names, such as Neanderthal and Denisovan . With that being said, many people get a misunderstanding when discussing our homo ancestors. The biggest issue is knowing what a species are actually apart of the genus homo and who isn t. One of the first known hominids, it was nicknamed handy man by discoverer Louis Leakey due to its association with stone tools. Some scientists have proposed moving this species out of Homo and into Australopithecus due to the morphology of its skeleton being more adapted to living on trees rather than to moving on two legs like Homo sapiens. Homo rudolfensis findings in Kenya have been suggested to be Homo habilis, but scientists are unsure. The fossils found from these two species are said to be from about 1.8 million years ago. His character symbolizes that of the ruler of Russia prior to the revolution, Tsar Nicholas II, who resigned from the throne due to unrest in the people. Prior to the animal rebellion, Jones had lost money due to a lawsuit and his farm suffered, his men were idle and dishonest, the fields were full of weeds...and the animals were underfed (38). This was the breaking point that finally led the animals to rebel. Correspondingly, the immediate cause towards Nicholas II s abdication were food shortages (the driving force of the February Revolution). Napoleon After Jones was out of the way, Snowball and Napoleon became the two disagreeing leaders. Napoleon represents Joseph Stalin, although he wasn t the immediate next leader of Russia after Tsar Nicholas II was overthrown. Just as how Napoleon executed animals who were a threat and the air was heavy with the smell of blood, which had been unknown since the expulsion of Mr. Jones (Nicholas II was given the name Nicholas the Bloody), Joseph Stalin had his reign of terror called the Great Purge (93) where he executed many of his own people whom he believed were against him. Another striking similarity was when Napoleon agreed to cooperate with Frederick, selling him the pile of timber, and assured the animals that the stories of an impending attack on Animal Farm were completely untrue (105). A number of studies have suggested that investment and growth in developing economies is positively associated with indicators of openness and export promotion (Balasubramanyam et al., 1996). Such findings may suggest that investors prefer countries with relatively liberal trade regimes and few constraints on profit repatriation, possibly within regions with wider supra national free trade arrangements. For example, Jamal was able to answer the question, What does God Rama hold in his right hand? , by simply remembering the time after his mother was killed and him and his brother, Salim, were being chased. (Thesis) Not only did the plot of the movie made the movie interesting and amazing to watch, but the acting, aging through camera transitions, and overall goal of Jamal to find Latika throughout conflicts made Slumdog Millionaire a amazing movie. The acting of Slumdog Millionaire seemed to be integrated into the environment and the setting of the slums. With the use of real children from the slums, the movie seems to be very real as the children seem to already fit the descriptions of being part of the slums. Living in India, I was able to understand the conditions and lives of the people that lived around the slums. These people are recognized by the majority of the public as being savages and uncivilized. The child actors that played Jamal and Salim in the movie fit the description of being savages and uncivilized. For example, Jamal jumped into the pile of poop from the outdoor bathroom to get to Amitabh Bachchan to get his autograph. And as for Salim, Salim fit the description of being uncivilized due to the fact he had no regards for other people s lives. A perfect example is when Salim was in charge of all the other children in the child slave ring, Salim at one point took away a baby from another girl to give it to Latika. In this scene, Latika didn t want to hold the baby but had to hold the baby because Salim threaten to drop it. Overall, the acting of Slumdog Millionaire was amazing because of many reasons. Reasons including the fact that the actors that played Jamal, Salim, and Latika were real children from the slums of India which means
  • 41. Lincoln On Leadership Analysis Over the years I have been fortunate enough to attend several leadership courses. Some were really helpful and caused me to relook at the way I do things, while others were only marginal. In one way or another, they were all built around influencing others to get the mission completed. Prior to reading Lincoln On Leadershipby Donald T. Phillips I had never realized what a truly an amazing leader Lincoln was. Phillips explorers Lincoln s life through his anecdotes and his leadership style that no other leaders have been able to match. Lincoln was a leader when the country needed him the most. It was a time when the country was being separated over some very controversial ideas. Had it not been for Lincoln, the country would be much different... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I was a bit surprised because it was at least five to six times larger than his current office and had a restroom attached. Josh s office had a large window that looked down the hallway allowing him to see everyone that came by. Like Lincoln, Josh had an open door policy and would never turn anyone away that wanted to talk with him. A couple of months into his time as acting commander one of my officers went to Josh because he knew that Josh would listen to him and not think less of him for needing help. The officer was having some issues at home and wanted Josh s guidance. The officer already knew what he needed to do, but wanted to hear it from someone he trusted. When leaders cut themselves off from their people, there is no ability to build trust like the trust that Josh had built with this officer. I thought I had a good relationship with the officer, but this proved to me that I needed to do some work on my leadership. I made some changes and I believe that if the same thing happened today, the officer would have come to me

Writer, composer Jonathan Larson was sitting in the very last few rows listening as cast he had chosen for his quot;about to be quot; Broadway musical, quot;Rent quot; went through one of the final dress rehearsals in The New York Theater Workshop. He and the Director of quot;Rent quot; Michael Grief began to sing one of the songs form the show when Larson began to feel a pain in his chest. The pain worsened. Larson (being the compulsive worrier and hypochondriac close friends and relatives knew him as) turned to an actor and said, quot; You better call 911. The chest pains are again excruciating. He decides to return to the hospital. Carmody again a member of the staff says the hospital could not attain the records form Larson s visit two days earlier. Instead, he is taken by way of cab to St. Vincent s, a closer hospital. When he arrived, Larson rated his pain as being seven out of a possible 10. A nurse classified his case as quot;urgent quot;. After some examination, he was told this was no more than a virus (due to flu like symptoms) and it would pass. January 25. It has been a long, hard, nerve racking day for Larson. He has just returned to his downtown Manhattan apartment on Greenwich Avenue from the final dress rehearsal before the preview of his On Broadway musical quot;Rent quot;. Perhaps he was trying to relax with some nice, hot tea, or perhaps it was just to heat up some remedy he had picked up from a stage hand in passing through the cloud of hectic activity which consumed him that day. Larson collapsed there, in front of the stove that day, dead, and was later discovered by Mr. Carmody. Dead. After six years

Windmills are used for their mechanical power, wind pumps for water pumping, and sails to propel ships. Wind turbines operate on a simple principle. The energy in the wind turns two or three propeller like blades around a rotor. The rotor is connected to the main shaft, which spins a generator to create electricity. Click on the image to see an animation of wind at work. Wind turbines use the wind s kinetic energy to generate electrical energy that can be used in homes and businesses. Individual wind turbines can be used to generate electricity on a small scale to power a single home, for example. A ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... It is then mixed with hot air and blown into the firebox of the boiler. The coal/air mixture provides the most complete combustion and maximum heat possible. 2.Water turns to steam Highly purified water, pumped through pipes inside the boiler, is turned into steam by the heat. The steam reaches temperatures of up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit and pressures up to 3,500 pounds per square inch, and is piped to the turbine. 3.Steam turns the turbine The pressure of the steam pushing against a series of giant turbine blades turns the turbine shaft. The turbine shaft is connected to the shaft of the generator, where magnets spin within wire coils to produce electricity. Hydro electric Hydropower plants capture the energy of falling water to generate electricity. A turbine converts the kinetic energy of falling water into mechanical energy. Then a generator converts the mechanical energy from the turbine into electrical energy. 1.Raises the water level of the river to create falling water which powers the hydro turbine 2.The force of falling water pushing against the turbine s blades causes the turbine to spin. A water turbine is much like a windmill, except the energy is provided by falling water instead of wind. The turbine converts the kinetic energy of falling water into mechanical energy. 3.Connected to the turbine by shafts so when the turbine spins it causes the generator to spin also. Converts the mechanical energy from the turbine into electric

So if any failure happens to one server it can load from another server. Thus we get maximum availability. Increase in new servers according to demand will make sure accessibility and responsiveness, and load balancer share in formations with new servers. It shares all the data with two or more servers. So it s easy to get more amount of work in the same amount of time. Therefore server gets faster. It s a good solution to implement in U20 football to maintain availability of uninterrupted Media content. Database servers can work together and read only database servers can work easily. I was nineteen but I still wasn t sure what boat I wanted to catch yet. I liked boys don t get me wrong but sexual activity with them just wasn t exciting and arousing. I was catching up with my bisexual friend Shelly she was beautiful, had the most attractive body and she told me she would help me to venture onto trying something a little different in the sexual department. I wasn t really into the idea of becoming fleshly with a girl but that was a guessing opinion of mine as I hadn t tried it out before. Shelly arrived and let herself in and helped herself to some red wine I had chilling in my ice bucket. As we sipped our wine Shelly explained the wine would help to calm my nerves for the first time. After a few wines we started giggling together then Shelly moved in for the growl. I could feel her coming close to me, feeling her hands on my face and I couldn t help but to go with it. Her lips connected to mine and our tongues explored for a few moments until Shelly pulled away and smiled, So honey got any finger food I m a little peckish . I went to the kitchen and opened some savory biscuits and placed them in a bowl when I felt Shelly s arms around my waist clutching me tightly. Her lips came close to my ear. I felt her teeth gently gnaw into my ear as she started to slide her knee inside my thighs letting me feel her close. Shelly s warmth had a
