6. Bridge Climbing
People have been
climbing bridges all over
the world.

Bridge, and the
Auckland Harbor Bridge.
All are controlled and
use harnesses.

7. Rappelling and Caving
People rappel down
mountains and into
caves.
When they get down into
the caves, they can go
in and explore.

were claustrophobic,
you might be after this.

8. Swimming with Sharks
Swimming with Sharks
gives you an exhilarating
adventure.
Many people swim with
them while inside a cage
but brave souls will free
swim with the sharks.
Some popular places to
swim with sharks are:
St. Thomas, Cape Town,
Hawaii, Bahamas and
Mexico.

9. Hang Gliding
Hang gliding uses a non-
motorized foot-launched
aluminum frame with
synthetic sailcloth to form a
wing.
You control the glider with
your hands. Similar to
paragliding.
Hot spots for this sport are
located in South America
because they have high
cliffs and strong winds.

10. Sky Swinging
Sky swinging is when
you hang from a
harness and soar
through the air.
Australia has a swing
that launches you
through the jungle.
Queenstown, New
Zealand, also has a half-
bungee, half sky-swing
that circles over the city.

11. Extreme Biking
People will bike down
steep mountains going
at a dangerous pace.
Jumps and different
obstacles might be on
some of the trails for the
adrenaline junkies.

12. ATV Driving
All terrain vehicles are
perfect for off-road
driving.
High-speed driving
through deserts, forests,
mountains, mud, snow,

13. Glacier Climbing
This is like rock climbing
only it’s cold and you’re
climbing ice.
People will use their
hands, ice picks and/or
boot clamp-on’s to climb
glaciers.
New Zealand and
