Since childhood, I have lived in a traditional Indian joint family. My upbringing in a joint family has helped me develop social virtues such as co-operation, spirit of selfless service and etiquette. Having been born and brought up in Calcutta, a city that is transfusion of various communities, I have learnt to co-exist with people from different cultures. It has taught me the virtue of patience and has imbibed in me qualities of relentless struggle and ‘try and try till you succeed’ attitude. While my upbringing and strong community life have helped me develop strong values and social virtues, my past educational career has exposed me to different aspects of business. I completed PGD
