Real estate is a self-driven self motivating business and like any and all business careers, an exit strategy or retirement plan should be in order but in many or should I say most cases, agents and brokers don’t have a realistic and practical plan or strategy.
The revenue sharing program pays out percentages of revenue to agents and brokers based on closed transactions by those they attract to eXp Realty. This chart shows the breakdown of revenue percentages for both eXpansion Share and eXponential Shares. Agents can Combine these two percentages by simply meeting the FLQR requirements found in that center white column. Let me explain in more detail.
eXp Realty changes all that with our Revenue Share model. Revenue sharing allows ALL agents to benefit and share the financial successes of the company's growth based on that agent's’ individual efforts. This just means sharing the eXp model with other likely candidates who would benefit and who also want more out of their real estate business and career.
