demanding timescales.
Investment in the very latest technology, as well in our people, means that we can produce technically demanding builds within
a 24 hour period if required, setting new industry standards. Fastrack customers benefit from industry-leading manufacturing
technology, including a new DEK 03i Printer, an Asscon VP56 vapor phase oven, upgraded MyData placement machines and
a Yes Tech AOI machine.
These enhancements give Fastrack unparalleled flexibility and capabilities - vital in keeping Exception and their clients ahead of
their respective competitors. Having the ability to produce products to Class 3 standards with components such as 01005s, 0.3 pitch
BGA’s and package on package (POP) means that Fastrack can meet and often exceed the industry’s latest standards and demands.
Fastrack works closely with all of its clients and their designated design houses - including Exception’s own PCB manufacturing facility
- allowing them to take on and support all types of demanding prototype and NPI development.
Unlike other quick-turn operations, our Fastrack facility runs autonomously from the rest of Exception’s electronics manufacturing
business, ensuring that dedicated resources – in terms of both technology and people - are always there when needed. Acting as a
business within a business, Fastrack is able to focus 100 per cent on the needs of clients and ensure that critical factors - such as time
and quality - are delivered without compromise, every time.
