                     • Immediate acknowledgement – generous on spot praise
                     • Prizes e.g. for best of month, or improvements
                     • Publicizing on boards, at meetings or to senior execs
              2.     Challenges and extra responsibilities
                     • Empower them by giving some of your role/tasks
                     • Offer new project to stretch the person or whole team
