Personal Philosophy and Community Service
I believe integrity, generosity, and results-oriented commitment have a place on the job and in the world
around us. Volunteering within a community benefits others and strengthens a sense of place for everyone,
and I am committed to helping organizations that help our neighbors. Over the years I have volunteered with
several nonprofit organizations and service clubs including the Gallatin Valley Food Bank, Sweet Pea Festival,
Hatch Film Festival, Gallatin Valley Land Trust, Bozeman Insight Community, Mancos Public Library, Joe Moore
Road Association, and Fort Lewis College Employee Council. My community and volunteer services include:
web development and content management, graphic design, and desktop publishing;
event coordination, marketing, and public relations;
technical and marketing writing (i.e., business reports, grant writing, press releases, newsletters,
flyers, posters, and handouts);
administrative and bookkeeping assistance.
