Direct Appeal Coordinator
- Coordinated with Director of Direct Appeal Services to send over 40 emails for Santa Clara’s first and second annual
One-Day of Giving Campaigns.
- Worked with Director of Direct Appeal Services and other development colleagues to assist in creating a yearly
strategic solicitation calendar, determining design and messaging, as well as production and distribution. Designed
graphics for print pieces, web layouts, and social medial posts.
- Assisted in direct mail segmentation, and submitted complex database request for mail lists to database system
administrator and ensure appeal codes are used.
- Implemented email solicitations via mass email software (Blackbaud NetCommunity).
- Reviewed direct mail copy for style, accuracy, grammar, spelling and punctuation, and prepared for publication.
- Coordinated mailings with print vendors, mail houses, campus mail services and postal authorities.
- Assisted in managing and maintaining Development Office’s website. Stayed up-to-date with ways to integrate social
media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) in all of our fundraising communications.
