This evaluation paper explores the level, kind, and quality of support provided by Vbulletin company to its licensed users. The paper assesses Vbulletin's support services through a checklist and user interview. Results found that Vbulletin provides various online and offline support services, and the interviewed user was satisfied with the fast help, software updates, and manual. Key advantages included multiple support access methods and round-the-clock availability, while limitations were a lack of troubleshooting instructions and technical support in English.
