Target Audience Smile Sheet Analysis
Overall, my target audience enjoyed my website and felt it was effective in instruction. Most of the
responses were in the “exceeds expectations” or “far exceeds expectations.” One individual would have
preferred a drop-down menu for the steps; however, I felt a Spry menu would take away from the pre-
existing aesthetic appearance of the roll-over buttons I created. Though not mentioned in the results
below, a face-to-face conversation with one of the individuals yielded that they had issues with java and
flash; however, they found it helpful for my help tips on the left side of each page. They still were not
able to view the java pop-ups or flash modules on their own computer as they mentioned they were not
completely technology savvy. They were able to view the elements on a different computer at their
home.
