Rally is a type of automobile racing sport in which drivers are assigned their navigators. Initially, the course of the race will not be known to the driver and their navigator until the event has begun. Originally, a competition of similar arrangements to the rally sport happened in 1907, an event that involved a 7,500-mile journey from Beijing to Paris. Subsequently, in 1911, the Monte-Carlo rally began, until it was suspended due to the war.
After World War II, Europe and several other countries started having national rally competitions more often. This development led to the establishment of international competitions worldwide. One of the most grueling rally events in time is Dakar (Senegal) Rally, which covers up to 9300 miles.
The British Motorsport Festival was quite unique in its format in China of providing a car-themed family day out with activities for everyone from club speedsters, car fans, karting enthusiasts, anglophiles, young adults and kids alike. In the end the event was attended by over 1500 guests all of which who were able to get up close and personal to the cars through a series of hot laps, track events and brand showcases. This was all against a backdrop of British music, international cuisines, well-known British and various family entertainment activities. The British themed auto activity was also particularly well received by media and was shared with over 10,000 journalists, with coverage posted on over 350 media platforms reaching a potential audience of over 1.3 billion readers.

We suddenly live in a strange and wonderful nexus of digital and physical. Touchscreens let us hold information in our hands, and we touch, stretch, crumple, drag, and flick data itself. Our sensor-packed phones even reach beyond the screen to interact directly with the world around us. While these digital interfaces are becoming physical, the physical world is becoming digital, too. Objects, places, and even our bodies are lighting up with with sensors and connectivity. We’re not just clicking links anymore; we’re creating physical interfaces to digital systems. This requires new perspective and technique for web and product designers. The good news: it’s all within your reach. With a rich trove of examples, Designing for Touch author Josh Clark explores the practical, meaningful design opportunities for the web’s newly physical interfaces.
The technologies and people we are designing experiences for are constantly changing, in most cases they are changing at a rate that is difficult keep up with. When we think about how our teams are structured and the design processes we use in light of this challenge, a new design problem (or problem space) emerges, one that requires us to focus inward. How do we structure our teams and processes to be resilient? What would happen if we looked at our teams and design process as IA’s, Designers, Researchers? What strategies would we put in place to help them be successful? This talk will look at challenges we face leading, supporting, or simply being a part of design teams creating experiences for user groups with changing technological needs.

The Drive to Survive series on Netflix has seen a huge increase in F1 viewership recently, so I made this presentation as a quick run through of the history of F1. It doesn't cover everything, but it does a good job of catching as many of the main points that are good to learn as possible.
This Presentation leads to the students with the presentation skills as well as the brief information of sports cars. many of the cars have been diminished over the world but their performance makes it to be discussed later on.

Ferrari: The 2015 Initial Public Offering
The Ferrari is a dream—people dream of owning this special vehicle, and for most people it will remain a
dream apart from those lucky few.
-Enzo Ferrari,
Founder, Ferrari
It was October 20, 2015, the day before what was anticipated to be the first day of public trading for the
stock of legendary Italian sports car company Ferrari NV (Ferrari). Sergio Marchionne, chairman of Ferrari and
CEO of its parent company, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (FCA), had announced a year previously that FCA
would be spinning off Ferrari into a separately traded company. As an independent company, the shares of
Ferrari (under the aptly named ticker symbol RACE) would be listed on the New York Stock Exchange
(NYSE), with an eventual listing in Milan. Marchionne’s plan was to sell 10% of Ferrari’s shares in an initial
public offering (IPO), and the money raised in the offering would go to FCA.
The worth of the Ferrari shares had been the subject of fierce debate among analysts and investors,
especially after FCA set an initial price range of USD48 to USD52 per share in early October.1 Following the
road-show meetings with potential investors in both Europe and the United States, Marchionne knew there
was strong demand for the 17.175 million shares that would be offered for sale in the IPO. If the offer price
was set too low, FCA would leave money on the table, which suggested pricing the deal at the top of the initial
range or beyond. However, if the offer price was set too high, poor first-day trading returns would sour the
investor’s initial experience with the company. It was time now for Marchionne—in negotiation with lead bank
UBS—to set the price at which the company’s IPO shares would be offered to investors that evening.
Ferrari—A Background2
The history of Ferrari, the business, was inextricably linked to Ferrari, the man. Enzo Ferrari, born to a
lower-middle-class family in Modena, Italy, in 1898, felt a powerful draw to racing from a young age. He moved
to Turin to work for Fiat after the First World War only to have his application hurtfully rejected. He eventually
landed an assistant job at a new automobile manufacturer nearby, and it was there that he co ...

Belgium vs Romania Injuries and Patience in Belgium’s Euro Cup Germany Squad....Eticketing.co
Belgium coach Domenico Tedesco will wait for several key players to recover from injury. Even if it means they miss the opening Euro Cup Germany stages of the European Championship in Germany this month. Veteran defender Jan Vertonghen, midfielder Youri Tielemans and defender Arthur. Theate are being given time to play in the tournament because they are considered vital to Belgium’s cause, Tedesco said on Tuesday.

"Of course, you prefer to take players who are fully fit, but that's okay. We want to wait and be patient for some players even if they cannot play in those first matches," he told a press conference. The 37-year-old Vertonghen, Belgium’s Euro Cup 2024 most-capped international with 154 appearances, is struggling to shake off a groin injury.
"He will be there normally. This also applies to Youri Tielemans and Arthur Theate. The latter's position is very sensitive. We don't have many choices at left back. "It will only change if it turns out that they will only be available when, say, the final of the Euro 2024 Championship comes around. That's too long to wait. "However, I am confident that the injured boys are on track for the Euros.
Belgium vs Romania: Radu Dragusin Prepares for Crucial Role in Euro Cup Germany
Some of them have taken not one but two steps forward in their rehabilitation," he said. None of the injured players will feature in this week’s warm-up friendlies against Montenegro and Luxembourg. Romania centre-back Radu Dragusin found chances limited at Tottenham Hotspur in the second half of the 2023-24 season.
But is crucial to his country's cause at UEFA Euro 2024 where his aerial ability, physicality and hard graft make him a standout player. The 22-year-old moved to North London from Italian side Genoa in January but was kept on the sidelines by the form of another new arrival for the season, Mickey van de Ven, something Romania coach Edward Iordanescu admitted was a concern.
It will mean limited game-time going into the finals, but Dragusin, who cites Netherlands defender Virgil van Dijk as a role model, started every Euro Cup Germany qualifier as Romania went through the campaign unbeaten in their 10 games. He will be among their most important players in their first game in Germany against Ukraine in Munich on June 17, taking the right centre-back role in what is likely to be a back four.

2. What is European Grand Prix?
The European Grand
Prix (sometimes referred to as
the Grand Prix of Europe) was
a Formula One event that was
reintroduced during the mid-1980s
and has been held regularly from
1999 until 2012.
3. The European Grand Prix has had a
long and complex journey. It was
originally created as an honorific title by
the AIACR, the FIA's predecessor in the
organization of motor racing events. The
first race to receive the title was the
Italian Grand Prix, in 1923, it fell away
during the war and was revived in 1947.
In 1977 the British Grand Prix became
the last race to receive the honorific title.
4. In 1983 - the Formula One schedule
originally featured a race near
Flushing Meadows Park in New York.
When the race was cancelled three
months before the event, track
organizers at Brands Hatch moved
quickly to replace it with a European
Grand Prix. The success of the event
led to it returning on the schedule .
In 1990 - a wealthy Japanese
businessman built an extravagant race
track called Nippon Autopolis with the
idea of hosting a Formula One race
5. In 1992 - plans were made to have
an Asian Grand Prix added to the
schedule. However, these plans
failed to materialize and Bernie
Ecclestone added a race at
Donington Park, which brought back
the European Grand Prix moniker.
Several countries hosted the
European Grand Prix until in 2008
when it took place in Valencia, the
following year they signed a 5 year
deal which puts them on the
calendar until at least 2014.

7. What is Formula One?
Formula One, also known
as Formula 1 or F1 and referred to
officially as the FIA Formula One
World Championship, is the
highest class of single-seater auto
racing sanctioned by
the Fédération Internationale de
l'Automobile (FIA).
8. Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA)
- is a non-profit association established
as the Association Internationale des
Automobile Clubs Reconnus (AIACR)
on 20 June 1904 to represent the
interests of motoring organisations and
motor car users. To the general public,
the FIA is mostly known as the
governing body for many auto
racing events.
-The FIA is generally known by its
French name or initials, even in non
French-speaking countries, but is
occasionally rendered as International
Automobile Federation.

19. In Conclusion:
In looking at the Grand Prix
phenomena across the European
Union, two important conclusions
bearing on economic impact are
obvious.
FIRST, the local economic
impacts are very large and very
positive, probably unrivaled by
any other professional sport.
20. SECOND, the Grand Prix
phenomena creates so much
local wealth and in so many
varied forms that virtually each
of the eleven local host
communities is a leading
beneficiary of one or more
revenue streams.
21. Based on this case:
Identify an event or festival in
your region and investigate what
information the organizers
collect about the participants,
visitors, income and size of the
event.
