Broadcasting system
In our school there is a broadcasting system which consists of five
people: Ola, Jan, Igor, Szymon and Jakub. They play good music
during school breaks and it improves everyone's mood - both students’
and also teachers’. Without them, this school wouldn't be as cool as it
is!
Competitions

Our school has participated in many inter-school and regional
competitions for many years. Everybody can take part in competitions
according to their choice: both boys and girls.

the ranking of high schools in our city.

Class 2 A –
math/physics/English
specialization
prepared by Zuzanna Odrzywołek
Maths and physics specializations are very popular among
Polish students. In LO 2 mathematical classes are always
full of pupils. Our school has very good teachers that pass
knowledge to every single one of us. We made an interview
with a student from the second class with extended maths
and physics, to get a better look at this specialization
I chose this school because of its great results in final exams and good
opinions. And I chose this class because I’d like to go to a technical
university, and study, for example architecture.
1. Why did you choose maths and physics
specialization in this school ?
Here thanks to this specialization we obviously have maths and
physics. You can also choose between extended English or extended
computer science. Another very important and useful subject is
technical drawing that is obligatory for someone who wants to work in
industry.
2. What subjects in this class prepare you for
your future career?
We participate in so many wonderful activities! For example we
recently took part in Scientists’ Night. Every year our school has an
amazing time there and we learn so much! Our physics lessons are full
of experiments that help us understand complex theories. Sometimes
we go to Kraków to lectures. There are many opportunities to broaden
our knowledge.
3. Tell me something about trips, competitions
that your class takes part in.
Class 2 B/C –
maths/geography/Engli
sh or
chemistry/biology/Engli
sh specialization
prepared by Julia Kęska
The BC class is divided into two groups. First- business one where are
people who study mathematics, geography and English. The second
one is medical group where are people who study biology, chemistry
and English too. They make a really good team.
Class 2 C –
biology/chemistry or
maths/English
specialization
prepared by Marzena Suska
The biochemical class is addressed to students with special interests in exact sciences.
Gaining a lot of knowledge in the field of nature sciences allows to learn how the world
and universe around us works as well as does the human body. In this specialization
students learn biology, chemistry, mathematics or English.
They also have an opportunity to learn a new language - Latin. They
learn by conducting experiments, watching films, searching information
in chemical literature and through multimedia shows.
Class 2 D –
Polish/history/English
specialization
prepared by Ania Guzik
In the class with this specialization students extend their knowledge
about Polish, English and history. They have a chance to broaden their
humanities abilities by participating in trips to theatres, law firms and
radio stations. Thanks to that they can open to the world of law and
media and deepen their understanding of the problems of the modern
world.
