4. Our school- 4 Primary school Pri Podluzianke 6 in Levice. It´s the 1Oth best school in our (Nitra) region. We have a post near the school, we have a secondary grammar school behind school and we have a brook Podluzianka in front of the school. Our school is the most famous in Levice. It has a hockey and volleyball classes with extra lessons ( hockey and volleyball) Our students are very intelligent because we have a very good teachers. We have an achiviements in for example: Maths, Slovak, English , German, Physics, Biology, Geography, History and sport( hockey, volleyball, basketball, handball, swimming, athletics…)

5. The present look of our school was developed in 1991/ 92. There were first language classes opened. We also have sport classes. The first sport class was established in 1997/ 98, it was specialized in ice-hockey and volleyball. There have been many changes made: establishment of computer, multimedia and foreign languages rooms. Many classrooms have been equipped by computers, and we also find our NETKLUB very useful. Our school belongs to one of the best schools in the region. This is why so many students attend the school: there are 750 of us.

7. In the multimedia classroom students can learn by watching their and teachers´ presentations, which they find very interesting and effective.

9. In our school canteen is tasty but sometimes not very tasty food cooked We have a sweet food only once a week- on Wednesday The students get an extra sweets or fruit with lunch. The school canteen

10. Our students represent the school in many sport, language and subject competitions.They have been very successful and we are very proud of them.

11. We have a hockey and volleyball classes.( Girls and boys are together in the same class) They have more sport lessons. I´m in school volleyball team but I ´m not in sport class. I ´m in language class. In hockey and volleyball we have an excellent achievements. Our volleyball team won the Slovak championchip 2 years ago. That ´s great. Hockey and Volleyball classes

12. The principal is Mgr. Mária Čuková My English teacher is Bc. Lucia Strelková( She is very intelligent, beautiful, very good teacher so she is „ cool “) My classteacher is PaeDr. Darina Hlinčíková( She is very very good classteacher and she is strict but it ´s OK.) Our caretaker- his nickname is BANDY, is very hardworking and he repairs all things. We have an English lector. Alex Elwood from Sheffield, Great Britain. He teaches English. He is very funny and I like him. Our cleaners- they are sometimes crabby but they are tidy. Our cook and her helpers- they cook all kinds of food but never my favourite – pizza. 18. I ´m in 9.A class- language class We are the best class in our school three years successive. My classmates have won the competitons in Biology, Geogpraphy, Sports, Maths, Slovak, English and poems. For example: I´m diseuse and I have a great succeses. I won a lot of poems competitions. My classmate Jane is disuese, too. My classmates Erika and Laura won the Biology competition. We have more achievements but there are too many of them. My class - The best class in our school

19. Our school parlament is famous in our school. In parlament are students from all classes in school. The parlament has got 10 members. They have meetings every month. They talk about new projects, actions in school and maybe some problems. The school parlament

20. The project of Comenius connects schools from Poland, Latvia,Romania, Bulgary, Turkey, Greece,Italy, France and also Slovakia. This helps us to improve the school standards, as we can exchange experience and every school profits in this partnership. The profit is not financial - the understanding of foreign cultures and languages is more valuable for us.
