Main Accountabilities:
• Responsible for all channel improvement projects, this includes rollout of web chat and telephony integration
• Develops the approach for new channels such as video based service interactions and works with the vendor to define the service model.
• Owns the development of social collaboration, enhancing this from merely a question based discussion into something whereby status
reporting and logging of issues can occur through this channel

6. #4. JOB POSITION : ENGINEERING MANAGER
FUNCTION : BUSINESS OPERATIONS
LOCATION: INDIA – BANGALORE
Main Accountabilities:
• To assess the performance and characteristics of operational DB2 SAP systems across and improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of current Landscape documentation and ensure any shortcomings are addressed with regards accuracy, review
process and standardization.
• Assist the SAP Discipline Manager in the monitoring and reviewing of effectiveness of DB2 within the SAP landscape
• To provide expert level DB2 support to EC, assist in subsequent root cause analysis
• Review current DB2 operational and build procedures used within the team including any overlap areas (e.g. Operational Acceptance), with a view to
improving in line with industry best practice.
• Ensure the highest levels of security in the DB2 database are achieved by reviewing current DB2 security standards, to implement best practice across

FUNCTION: GLOBAL IT INNOVATION
LOCATION: INDIA – BANGALORE
Main Accountabilities:
• Assist delivery of all agreed IT-related projects for the Transportation area, from Feasibility phase to completion
• In the Ideas phase, provide support to Business Engagement in driving clarity of business requirements, high level design, cost and time estimates to facilitate
the production of high quality charters
• Assist/Lead during Feasibility and Capability phases for the translation of business requirements into a functional specification and specific work packages for
call-off from service design and service introduction functions
• Work in close partnership with the Solution Delivery Managers to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of application changes for all key projects and
programmes
• Work with Lead SME to ensure that the Project Delivery Process as defined by the Global PMO is adhered to
