tentang cara memberantas pemberian hadiah atau gratifikasi.
Modul pemberantasan gratifikasi itu memuat modul pembelajaran
tentang gratifikasi dan perbaikan integritas lembaga. Modul
pemberantasan gratifikasi itu disajikan dalam bentuk animasi, simulasi,
permainan dengan basis internet.
Kasus gratifikasi atau pemberian dan penerimaan hadiah merupakan
salah satu modus korupsi di Indonesia. KPK saat ini menangani
sejumlah kasus gratifikasi, seperti yang menimpa petugas pajak Dhana
Widyatmika, maupun anggota DPR Angelina Sondakh. Kasus gratifikasi
di Indonesia merugikan negara ratusan miliar rupiah.
18. UU Hukuman Bagi Pelaku
dan Penerima Gratifikasi
Menurut ketentuan Pasal 5 jo. Pasal 12 huruf a dan huruf b UU no. 20 tahun 2001
tentang perubahan atas UU No. 31 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak
Pidana Korupsi (“UU Tipikor”), baik pelaku pemberi maupun penerima gratifikasi
diancam dengan hukuman pidana.

(1) Dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling singkat 1 (satu) tahun dan paling lama 5
(lima) tahun dan atau pidana denda paling sedikit Rp 50.000.000,00 (lima puluh juta
