1. The Rapid Power System (RPS) is a new concept in power system design that allows product designers to implement a custom multi-rail power supply early in development.
2. The RPS provides a main 12Vdc rail and four user pluggable module zones, allowing up to five DC output rails totaling 60W. It monitors voltage, current, power, efficiency and temperature on each rail.
3. Testing an external hard disk drive with the RPS provided detailed power consumption data, showing peak startup power of 32W lasting 5 seconds and steady state power of 10W. Analysis of rail power revealed opportunities to reduce power during disk inactivity.

Broadband Forum | July 24, 2012
Vectored DSL as defined in ITU-T Recommendation G.993.5 supports line speeds of greater than 100 Mbps on loops up to 500 meters in length, enabling the most advanced application services to be carried over copper.
With appropriate placement of DSLAMs, use of management tools and techniques such as bonding of vectored lines and use of DQM techniques, vectored DSL becomes an important tool for network operator to provide broadband services such as IPTV to all their customers.
The emergence of vectored DSL provides the DSL based service provider with the tools that facilitate supporting the bandwidths required for higher valued premium services over their existing copper based networks and helps ensure that deployment of DSL increases as broadband services continue to evolve.

A STUDY OF POWER SAVING TECHNIQUE IN WIRELESS NETWORKScscpconf
Much research on wireless networks have focused on the power consumption of the wireless
nodes, while at the same time how to acquire power from ambient environment is another
direction to extend the battery lifetime. Though, mostly extending the lifetime of WSNs rely on
making the electronic circuitry power efficient by incorporating advances in node architecture,
transceivers, access protocols and on finite energy sources like batteries. In contrast, WSNs
Powered by Ambient Energy Harvesting can also prove to be useful and economical in the longterm
as they can operate for very long periods of time until hardware failure, because ambient
energy can be harvested from the environment perpetually. Although cellular networks account
for a rather small share of energy use, lowering their energy consumption appears beneficial
from an economical perspective. In the strive for lessening of the environmental impact of the
information and communication industry, energy consumption of communication networks has
recently received increased attention. The paper discusses the various techniques for increasing
the life of WSNs.
[EWiLi2016] Towards a performance-aware power capping orchestrator for the Xe...Matteo Ferroni
In the last few years, multi-core processors entered into the domain of embedded systems: this, together with virtualization techniques, allows multiple applications to easily run on the same System-on-Chip (SoC). As power consumption remains one of the most impacting costs on any digital system, several approaches have been explored in literature to cope with power caps, trying to maximize the performance of the hosted applications. In this paper, we present some preliminary results and opportunities towards a performance-aware power capping orchestrator for the Xen hypervisor. The proposed solution, called XeMPUPiL, uses the Intel Running Average Power Limit (RAPL) hardware interface to set a strict limit on the processor’s power consumption, while a software-level Observe-Decide-Act (ODA) loop performs an exploration of the available resource allocations to find the most power efficient one for the running workload. We show how XeMPUPiL is able to achieve higher performance under different power caps for almost all the different classes of benchmarks analyzed (e.g., CPU-, memory- and IO-bound).

Dynamic Voltage Conditioner, a New Concept for Smart Low-Voltage Distribution...Asoka Technologies
Power Quality (PQ) improvement in distribution level is an increasing concern in modern electrical power systems. One of the main problems in LV networks is related to load voltage stabilization close to the nominal value. Usually this problem is solved by Smart Distribution Transformers, Hybrid Transformers and Solid-state Transformers, but also Dynamic Voltage Conditioner (DVC) can be an innovative and a cost effective solution. The paper introduces a new control method of a single-phase DVC system able to compensate these long duration voltage drifts. For these events, it is mandatory to avoid active power exchanges so, the controller is designed to work with non-active power only. Operation limits for quadrature voltage injection control is formulated and reference voltage update procedure is proposed to guarantee its continuous operating. DVC performance for main voltage and load variation is examined. Proposed solution is validated with simulation study and experimental laboratory tests. Some simulation and experimental results are illustrated to show the prototype device’s performance.
Microprocessors and microcontrollers are mostly used to control electrical systems. These chips front into problems while monitoring systems that need heavy computing and important processing. Likewise, they fail while handling inputs and outputs speeds, especially with multi-channel photovoltaic (PV) systems. In comparison to a digital signal processor (DSP) and microcontroller implementations, field programmable gate array (FPGA) device is able to integrate a great number of PV channels and to achieve short development time, cost less and more flexible operation. As well, new control algorithms are increasingly complex; using new performing technologies is very motivating. Mainly, FPGA technology is adopted thanks to its ability to control complex applications and intelligent laws. In opposition to traditional controls, fuzzy logic based control presents more efficiency and reliability response for non-linear systems. Therefore, this paper deals with the execution of the fuzzy-based maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique by the means of the FPGA chip for a multichannel photovoltaic system. A multi-channel photovoltaic system is designed. Then, the FPGA circuit is investigated to get benefits from this hardware solution. Since software implementation way integrates a limited number of PV panels, hardware implementation is a promising solution that reduces execution time and therefore controls a huge number of photovoltaic channels. Finally, results of simulation of the fuzzy technique implementation on FPGA chip show that the proposed PV system controls more than 4400 channels. Therefore, the system output power is increased and the system profitability is improved.
Abstract- This paper presents a major revision of the Universal Four Leg ‘DC Grid Laboratory Experimental Setup’. This revision includes the reduction of current loops, the increase of efficiency in the power stage, the expansion of measurement possibilities and the re-specification of the input/output range.
To deal with an ever present complication in the world of measurements, simple fuse holders are converted into dedicated probe measurement connectors. These connectors reduce large ground loops to a minimum.
Key features include a clear board layout and silkscreen, a tremendous reduction of semiconductor losses resulting in a heatsink-less power stage and easy, reliable probe and power connections. Provisions are made for a Single Board Computer (SBC) to read and control the Universal Four Leg V4. The SBC can also be used to communicate with external devices to allow for remote control of the Universal Four Leg and the presentation of measurements performed.
The Universal Four Leg is a power management device with a wide range of applications in both higher educational laboratory courses, as well as a dedicated grid manager in low voltage DC-grids.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
