resilience. The carbonic acid released into the water decimates a coral s ability to
build a calcium carbonate skeleton, and worsening acidification breaks down
previously existing skeletons, which aided in structurally supporting the reef. Above
all else, growing carbon dioxide levels facilitate higher amounts of carbonic acid in
ocean waters and, in turn, leads to reef bleaching.

Wildlife is often visible at the camp ground and vicinity.
This small buck was quite distressed that I was eating his chestnuts along the trail.
The last time I was here, a juvenile bald eagle was flying above the trail as I arrived.
Once I went to the creek, an adult bald eagle flew just beyond me straight north
along the creek bank. Just south of us were three deer grazing in the stream.
While we are at the campground, sharp eyes may spot on the high ledge to the east
(our left) a tiny wooden lookout building that hangs perilously off the cliff. Gitchell
s Lookout, built in 1938 by the Gitchell family as a private oasis still remains on
sentry overlooking this area. It is best seen from the creek south of the campground.

A Day At 07.45 Using A Code
On 30th December 2015 I was on duty. I reported to the reception at 07.45 using a
code at the device from the entrance as I am working in a Care Home where the
residents suffer from Dementia and due to their condition related with memory
loss, they need to be protected so that they can not leave and not be able to remember
the way back in accordance with SOVA legislation. I used my fog to clock in and
also signed the staff book so that in case of fire the place would need to be evacuated.
Then I changed my clothes and put on my uniform and my black shoes, put all my
belongings into my locker including my phone, tied my hair up and checked for my
uniform to look nice and to have my badge with my name on it; all in accordance
with company Policies and Procedures.
I washed my hands and at 7.55 I went to the floor ready for work. I have checked
the board to see which unit I was allocated to. I was working on Thames Unit and
my team was made up of 5 care assistants and one nurse. The nurse did the hand
over regarding all changes and concerns from night staff and then she allocated

For my eight film review I watched The Revenant (2015) which was directed by

It cost about $135,000,000 to produce, but has since made all of that and more back.
The Revenant won Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role, Best
Achievement in Directing, and Best Achievement in Cinematography. It was also
nominated for 9 other Oscars including Best Motion Picture of the Year. This film
was
very well made and it deserves all its nominations and awards. This was the first
time I had seen this film. I watched it in my room by myself and I chose to watchit
because I couldn t decide what movie to watch for my film review and a friend
recommended it. I then saw the large number of awards it received and was
nominated for, and I had to watch it. The Revenant is about the survival story of
Hugh Glass. Glass was traveling with a group of fur traders, when he was mauled by
a grizzly bear. He barely survives and the members of the group try to bring him
back to the fort. I soon becomes very difficult to carry him through the rocky
terrain, so a group of men volunteer to stay behind and care for him until help
arrives or he dies. The men who stay behind are his son, Bridger, and John
Fitzgerald. John Fitzgerald doesn t care about Glass so he kills his son and then

mental representation of what the building would look like. Upon seeing this
building, it was obvious a catastrophe was immanent.
The lighting also represented where they were. For instance the actors were on a train
and the windows of another train passed. This made you jump and started a
continuous pattern of many frights to come.
Sometimes the lack of lighting built up the atmosphere. At one time the stage was
dark until the actor lit a match which illuminated his face. The effect of this was
astonishing, such a simple thing as a match built up the scene immediately. The
match was very effective because it was less bright than a spotlight and would not
show off the surroundings. A torch was also used in the same way as the match
but was just as effective as it showed a specific area. After seeing this used I
realised how effective low light can be to create suspense and confusion. Sometimes
the light came as a relief for the audience. In the first half of the play whenever there
was a scary part normal lighting would come in to effect and give the audience relief
from the intenseness.
