My name is Alexander Roman. My future is now composed of dreams that I have
created throughout the years since I was young. At eight years old, I already had
planned out my future: at twenty two, I would have already been working as a
paleontologist, excavating skeletons of dinosaurs, in Africa, and then I would
have become the first person ever riding a hover board down the hill in front of my
house in Puerto Rico. I would also have become the best person I could be to make
my parents and friends proud of me. Growing up has taught me that the only
paleontologist that I looked up to was Dr. Alan Grant from Jurassic Park and that
owing a hover board would mean that I would have to be filthy rich. However,
growing up has also taught me that I could still become the outstanding person that I
aspire to be. My future dreams have drastically changed as I have grown older.

which should stop the release of angiotensin and aldersterone. This should be
accomplished with normal saline. If there is hypokalemia you would need to
supplement with potassium. A proton pump inhibitor would also need to be used
like prilosec to prevent further losses in hydrogen ions. If she was on any diuretics

However, one part that I found incredible was the final scene and the
cinematography involved in order to make is as good as it was. This is when
Antoine had run away and is on the beach looking at the water. He had always

Fortunato, who supposedly insulted him, and he lures Fortunato to his family s
catacombs for his death. However, Montressor is unwilling to reveal Fortunato s
insult and he is uncertain of why he wants to commit the horrendous act. Montressor

carefully analyzing the tale, Montressor s psychological dilemma encourages us to

diagnosis of Renal Calculi. Past medical history of cerebral palsy, glaucoma,

history consists of cataracts in 2016 and appendicitis. She has never been married,
has never had children and has been a resident of Scotia Village since December of

Etiology/Pathophysiology
Renal Calculi is a kidney stone. They are solid masses made up of crystals that form
in the kidneys and are a common cause of abdominal, flank or groin pain and are a
common cause of blood in the urine. Normally they originate in the kidneys but have
been found to develop anywhere in the urinary tract. Renal Calculi can be made up of
different types of crystals such as calcium, cystine, struvite and uric acid. Calcium
stones are the most common and Cystine stones are rare. While Uric Acid stones are
more common in men than women, Struvite are more common in women
(Healthline.com, 2016).

else to understand her. She also uses the trees as motivation to grow big mentally
from seeing how the trees grew. Four skinny trees, small and strong, teach
Esperanza how to grow in a place where she doesn t belong. The trees were placed
in an environment that they were unable to grow. It was not possible for them
grow out of concrete. But they survived and grew into the four skinny trees. This
relates to Esperanza and her relationship with her neighborhood. Esperanza doesn t
belong in Mango Street, people expected that if she stayed on mango she could ve
turned into the people living on Mango Street. But no she didn t change she
became someone much different than the people on Mango Street. Four who
reached and do not forget to reach (75). This quote shows that the trees showed to
reach high no matter how small you are. Whenever Esperanza felt like that she can
t grow on Mango Street she always looked at the trees to see how they still
persevere to grow big like others trees. In conclusion, the four trees in Esperanza s
