My Reflection Of Nature
The main way the readings, reflections, and discussions with classmates has contributed to my
understanding of how to incorporate nature is the variety of perceptions. I really enjoyed how
every individual in the class had their own take on an issue and a way to connect it to nature. For
example, there were at least three people who decided to focus on the issue of loss and grief for
the assignment that was shared over the camping trip. Even though the topic was discussed by three
people, each person used a different part of nature to depict their unique metaphor. Another way
completing the classwork with peers has contributed to my understanding of how to incorporate
nature is that the information from peers has displayed to me incorporating nature does not need to
be difficult.

In the Indigenous community, when the community is faced with a trauma, it takes seven
generations for the community to heal (Trimble, 2015). People may underestimate how oppressed
and how much suffering the Indigenous communities had to struggle with, and continue to struggle
with these issues today. We may underestimate how severe the situation is because many of us
were not taught much about the impact of colonization on the Indigenous communities in school.

We have evaluated our current CRM and ERP systems and procedures. Currently, there is a custom
module that is causing performance issues including failed registration orders. This results in
Customer Service staff having to re enter registration orders, as well additional work for Finance

Since the CRM and ERP system was not built out of the box to handle registrations in any form,
