By the 19th century, it was purported that there were a number of changes in the world that had
taken place (Kasinitz, 1995, p. 7). There was evidence of a profusion of new goods and services,

the societies were urbanized, not all the citizens had access to these various luxuries. This is where
Mayne s argument about the imagined slums emerges when the stereotypes were established

Flatbed carriers encounter sunshine, rain, snow, wind and other elements as they roll down the
road. Drivers have to protect their cargo with tarps and fastening devices to keep it protected from
the weather. Most times, those tarps are large, heavy, fold up versions that have to be manually

A 300 word rationale outlining the approach that has been taken My viewing of the One Man,
Two Guvnors production in 2013, and the feelings of chaos, shock, anarchic laughter and
anticipation sparked my interest of exploring this play, and why its lazzi and improvisation
added to the heightened experience I had, whist viewing this performance. I became interested
in how much the One Man, Two Guvnors play written by Richard Bean, was based of the
traditional Commedia dell Arte play The Servant of Two Masters written by Carlo Goldoni. I
planned to explore the extent of how much the play was improvised and the extent of how much
it was scripted and planned. I looked at why Commedia dell Arte used improvisation and the
approach of incorporating improvisation and lazzi into a performance. I went about doing so by
comparing the characters and the scripts of Bean s One Man, Two Guvnors to Goldoni s The
Servant of Two Masters. I researched the role of Improvisation and Lazzi in traditional commedia
dell Arte and compared it to its role in One Man, Two Guvnors. I decided to carry out my research
by surveying audience members who had viewed the production of One Man, Two Guvnors , and
finding out how the incorporation of improvisation and lazzi heightened the experience for the

Reported incidences of toxicity due to aluminium based vaccines have always been a concern
(Clements, 1996; Clements and Griffiths, 2002; Edleman, 1997). Therefore, there has always been

delivery vehicle and along with their adjuvanting capabilities may enhance the efficacy of the
vaccine(Gregory et al., 2013; Koping Hoggard et al., 2005; Panyam and Labhasetwar, 2003).
Biodegradable polymeric nanoparticles have been studied as potential adjuvants by many
researchers but no considerable success has been achieved in this direction. Moreover, in none of
these studies, immunised test animals were exposed to the actual disease causing agent and
efficacy of the formulations was demonstrated only by the presence of anti tetanusantibodies by
ELISA (Johansen et al., 2000; Katare and Panda, 2006; Raghuvanshi et al., 2001). Absolute
estimation of vaccine efficacy should also be made by exposing the vaccinated individual to the
actual disease causing agent. Furthremore, for a vaccine to be used in pre clinical or clinical
studies, potency testing of vaccine should be undertaken as per WHO and/or pharmocopoeial
