In my interview session I interviewed John Daniels, who has been working with in
the STEM and CIS community for many years. In this session we spoke on his
trials and tribulations, the career paths he chose, and where it landed him in life.
Mr. Daniels was raised in a segregated community where every neighborhood was
divided based on race. Even though everyone was close in each neighborhood,
there was still a division in the community as a whole. When John was growing up,
teachers were like an extension of his parents. They worked as a team to control
their conduct and ensure their educational needs were being met. Later the school
system became intergraded and the atmosphere changed drastically. There was
tension amongst students and in most cases communication gaps between student
and teachers. Later, when he attended college, he chose to attend an HBCU over
any other institution to get the best college experience he could get. His college
experience was full of tradition and a close family like atmosphere. The HBCU
Mr. Daniels chose to attend was Jackson State University, in Jackson, Mississippi.
He was not the only African American in his program being that he went to an

happy, I really enjoyed the story concept, the rich world building, and all the

While we were familiar with Blake s dark side, in Frostbite, we were introduced a
different side of Blake, where he was balanced by Elena s present and no longer
clouded by the darkness. Very likable, I must say.
Since
I was confused with the turnabout of last book, where Elena turned out to be a
dragon, and in my mind I tried to figure it out how would Elena being a dragon
means to Blake. Then in this book I found my answers, everything up to this point,
all of the how s and why s were revealed. Some I had suspected for awhile, and others

John from all perspectives. I ve learned everything from what makes John unique,
the Gospel of John as literature, and some theological insight on the Gospel of John.
In this particular paper though I want to focus on three key questions asked and
deliver well thought out ideas and answers. Also in this paper the reader will learn
what the similarities and differences John has from the Synoptic Gospels, what
difference would it make to Christian belief today if the Gospel of John was never

First the question is asked, How is John similar to and different from the synoptic
