newborn son in her home. The purpose of this home visit was to check how the infant was doing

incident of people s opposition toward Mao Zedong s views is known as the Tiananmen Massacre,

After reading these chapters my eyes have been open to a different way of thinking. The book
mentioned how no one is born a hater. It s your attitude and surrounding that makes you believe
you are a hater of a certain group of people. As an educational leader, these chapters show how
important it is to show love and compassion to all. Also to have an understanding and appreciation
of all ways of life. The attitude of the students and staff start from the top. If you have a negative

I believe the biggest conflict I have between my values and how I behave as an educator is the
fact that I have to stay neutral. The students or parents should not know your religious beliefs or
how you think politically. As an educator you must educate all on both sides allowing them to
think for themselves. Not everyone thinks the same way or has the same morals. Although I can
display some of my values as just as love and respect, I am unable to express my opinion on some
topics within the school. Often times it is hard to remember. For example, a teacher might have to
teach evolution when they believe in creation. One would have to stay neutral and teach and
