noon, Bruce was blowing duck calls like they were going out of style. Shots were

retrieved ducks. Instead of being disappointed, we were amused. You see, we

additional hunting hours could now begin at sunrise. When we got out to the blind,

Merriam Webster defines social work as: work carried out by trained personnel
with the aim of alleviating the conditions of those in need of help or welfare. There
have been many times in my life where I have been socially and economically
disadvantaged. I remember my parents working from the rise of the sun to
sundown, slaving in the hot sun, working very hard for a pittance in return. I do
not want that life, my parents certainly did not want that life for me either, and I
do not want our future to go through that. Because of this, I am fiercely dedicated
to be able to help in whatever way I can. Having to care for five children is a great
burden, so it was always a great help to have Medicaid and food stamps to aid us.
Without those programs, which were given to us by working with a social worker,
