2. GENERAL DIRECTION
It is responsible for all legal, administrative quality and
business, plan, approve and negotiate. It is supported
with administrative coordination. It is made by the
Board, the Manager and two secretaries.

3. Administrative Coordination
Responsible for the logistics company, is
responsible for the production, sales department
and the finance department of the company. It is
made by the Managing Director, Manager,
Secretary and Administrative Assistant.

4. MANUFACTURING
This area is responsible for the production of
office furniture division and where the finished
product comes into the store to be distributed
or delivered to the end customer. It´s made by
the plant and warehouse, the heads of each
area and the workers.

5. COMMERCIAL
Responsible for sales revenues that are coming
into the company. It´s made by the Sales
Coordinator, the person in charge of advertising
and sellers.

6. FINANCIAL
This area is responsible for all money
that enters and leaves the company. It
consists of the accounting department
and treasury, by the heads of each area
and their assistants.
