The Human Resources (HR) Module covers the processes linked to
managing a team of co-workers.

Payroll
• Salary Slip: in this section for every employee there’s a salary file
which contain some information from the employees file. The most
important part in salary slip is calculating the payroll from working days
and by the data entered to the system like how many days the employee
work and leaves that he had. In this process the final salary for the
employee for each month is calculated. In addition, there’s a button for
add attachment for updating the system with softcopy of permeations.
 The attendance is updating automatically form spreadsheet

• Payroll Entry: when the company start paying the employees
their salaries after it’s calculated in the salary slip every payment
should by recorded in the system with the method of paying the
company used like cash or transform to bank account ( the number
of the employee account should be entered also).
 The method of payment is written also if it’s daily, weekly or
monthly.

• Salary Structure: contain every employee basic salary and
taxes which detected from the salary and if there’s any bonus
to the salary.
• Salary competent: which contain the type of salary and all
the information about the salary.

• Job Opening: if there’s a new post the user write the job
description and then it can be published on the website.

• Job Applicant: for every post you can make a new applicants on
the system which contain name of the applicant, the applicant
status if he is short listed or refuse, cover letter and resume.
 Important option in this function the user can link email on the
system which every email received directly transform to job
applicant.

• Job offer: after confirm the applicant the user can make the
offer using the system which contain the grade, salary, leaves
and other allowance and information and then print it to the
new employees. While you can not make job offer without
job applicant.

Which is start with new setting which fit the company culture and model
before you start fill the employees file you should setup different roles in
the company.

• Employment Type: here it contain types of employees like contract,
volunteer, internship and other types of contracts.
• Branch: enter the branches of the company like in Sana’a, Taiz and
Aden or in the same city in other places to differentiate employees of
every branch from others

• Department: enter departments of the company like marketing, HR and all
department to assign every employee to his or her department
• Designation: for every employee position in the company like software
engineering, Accountant or other jobs
• Daily Work Summary Settings: the summary of everyone work done in the

Appraisal
• Appraisal Template: this button allow managers or supervisors to make
template for measuring employees performance, for each skills can be rated
from 1 to 5.
• Appraisal Record: here when the appraisal template is ready you can
choose a template to measure employees performance to see how different it
become in different times
