This document describes an employee referral program that uses social media to advertise client job openings. It involves: 1) Giving employees a tool to automatically post their employer's jobs to their LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter profiles. Each post would include a unique URL that tracks referrals. 2) Employees sign up and authorize access to their social media accounts. They select how often jobs will be posted to their networks. 3) Job posts go out on employees' networks with tracking URLs. Clicking a URL directs applicants to the company career page where they are marked as referrals. This helps the employer identify the source of referred candidates.
