Twitter Automatically.
• Tracking the URL to credit referral
• Sell more Career pages and Job slots
Steps

• E-mail is sent to all employees announcing the new employee
referral program.
• Employees signs up, enter logins, and frequency of posts. One Time
set for this….set it and forget it.
• Posts go out based on frequency.
• Employees LI Network, FB friends and Twitter Followers see the
post.
• Clicking on the URL send the job seeker to the company Career Page.
• The URL tracks the referring source and marks that candidate as a
referral
E-mail is sent to Employees to sign up for employee
referral program.
