SEMEN ORDER GUIDLINES
o Semen stored on a long-term basis will be payable via direct debit.
o Equibreed UK Ltd disclaims any liability for animal illness, disease, injury or death arising indirectly or directly form the
storage, delivery or use of frozen semen and makes no guarantee, whether express or implied, as to fertility or success rates
from the use of frozen semen
o Any loss or damage to stored frozen semen from any cause, during its delivery, shipment or storage is the responsibility of the
owner or their authorizes agent, and the owner shall indemnify and continue to indemnify Equibreed UK Ltd from any claim,
demand, damage, cost, expense, loss or liability including any legal costs on a full indemnity basis arising out of the delivery
shipping storage and use of the frozen semen from Equibreed UK Ltd.
o It is the responsibility of the Owner to insure the semen if they wish to do so.
o The Owner acknowledges having received a copy of these terms and a current price list
Declaration; I have read and understood Equibreed UK’s Price List and General Terms and Conditions and associated
risk fact sheets where relevant. I agreed to pay all accounts in full within the terms provided.
