This rental agreement outlines the policies for renting a property in Venice, CA. It specifies that [1] noise must be kept to a minimum, smoking is only allowed outdoors, and pets are prohibited without permission. [2] Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 11am, and the owners are not liable for any issues with utilities or personal property damage. [3] The maximum occupancy is 6 guests and daily maid service is not included.

1. RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR Venice, CA 90291
1. You must be respectful of the neighbors concerning noise. Noise
complaints may/will result in forfeit of deposit. (Comply with no
noise before 8 am and beyond 10 pm)
2. Smoking is allowed outside only. Any presence of smoke in the house will result in a full
forfeit of deposit.
Smoking must take place outside with doors closed so there is no presence of smoke in the
house.
3. Pets are not permitted unless previously agreed by owner. Discovery of a pet will result
in full forfeiture of deposit.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless
accompanied by an adult guardian or parent unless previously approved.
5. Check-in is at 3pm upon arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
6. Owners/ Manager does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or
their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from
any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity or plumbing.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- the maximum number of guests is limited to the number of
persons stated above listed in total in party. At no time will there be more than 6 guests
over number in party listed gather on the premises.
8. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily
maid service is not included in the rental rate.
9. Weekly or bi weekly cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee.
10. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense or false
number of occupants will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental
money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
11. RAIN OR STORM POLICY –: No refunds will be given, we highly recommend you
purchase travel insurance through your own agent.
12. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend your purchase travel insurance. If you wish
to purchase travel insurance, please look for details and to purchase insurance on-line.
13. Use appliances only for their intended purposes.
14. Parking is available in the driveway for one car. There is street parking available on the
street in front of the property. Please be aware and read street signs. There is no parking on
Mondays from 8:30am to 10:30am on our side of the street and the same times for parking
on Tuesday on the opposite side of the street. We are not responsible for any parking tickets
that you receive.
15. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
16. We are not liable for anything left behind after check out.
17. Photo/film shoots are not permitted unless previously agreed to in writing.
18. TRASH CANS need to be placed in street Sunday evening for Monday morning pick-up.
19. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be
approved in writing in advance.
