  1. Let’s start that’s a big opportunity to Philippines.
  2. Unilever will change the marketing in Asia and whole the world with what we call “digital marketing”. What is the Digital marketing? It’s mean an advertisement thru online. What is online? It is an internet and social media.
  3. What is the online marketing? Now consumer change behavior a lot to buy some products. In the pass we buy from the single channel, we buy from the shop. And next we have more channel to buy like we can buy from a shop, mobile phone or from the internet. The behavior when they buy from the channel, they buy from the same channel as well. In the third generation, people will buy from all channel either shop, mobile or internet, but they buy thru the people whom shop’s owner. The research conducted by Unilever in the next 5 years, the marketing will change to OmniConnect what mean the consumers will not buy the products in the same channel. For the Example, first time they buy from the shop, next time they will change to buy from the internet, the next time they will the call. The next time the see the products from Facebook, they order from the facebook.
