Laid down the foundation of S.S. Lootah Readymix in 1989 which has proved one of the
reputed readymix company in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
 Managing and Coordinating work of the process managers working under. The
duties also comprise devising and planning of company policies, and discussing them
with the top management for final approval.
 To devise and set up an annual budget and fiscal plan, and present it before the
board of directors.
 Prepare elaborate reports of the functioning and all the company departments, and
submit the reports to the top management for practice performance review.
 Travel on a national and international level to visit potential clients and discuss
business with them to set up new franchise / growth.
 Playing part in recruiting and training process managers. Imparting training to new
practice managers regarding how to increase employee performance
 In a sales and marketing department, discusses the plans, marketing strategies with
sales managers to increase the company profits.
 Monitoring all purchase dept. activities.
 Monitor all departments and practices are working as anticipated by the company's
annual plan.
 Trained in-house personnel to develop their skills and promoted to the designated
posts on the performance basis instead of hiring personnel from outside.
 Introduced bonus / commission system along salary to all employees on monthly
production to enhance the performance as well production.

Establishment of SS Lootah Ready Mix Concrete company in 1989.
Yearly Production of Ready Mix Concrete up to 1.2 million cubic meter.
Total Production of Ready Mix Concrete more than Approx. 10 million cubic meter.
Winner of Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Excellence Award for the
company in 2007.
IMS Certification of company for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 since 2009.
