Lootah Ready Mix in 1989 and served as its General Manager until 2013, growing it into one of the largest and most reputable ready mix concrete companies in Dubai with annual production reaching 1.2 million cubic meters. As General Manager, his responsibilities included managing departments, developing annual budgets and reports, recruiting and training staff, and implementing strategies to increase profits. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Damascus University and has worked on major infrastructure projects in Syria.
