José Muñiz is an architect with experience in construction management, urban planning, interior design, and project management. He has worked as a site supervisor for large manufacturing and residential building projects. Most recently, he supervised the construction of offices and facilities for Caterpillar that met LEED Silver standards. He also has experience coordinating multifamily housing projects and implementing strategies to improve schedule and budget.
