Manager. Technical-Architectural Supervision for Club Polanco Tennyson in
its construction project of 7 Luxury apartments with a total constructed area of
2,400 m2. And a budget close to 1 million 300 thousand euros.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Project management from start to finish, negotiation with the contractor, project managers
and suppliers; Advise the project team during the design stage of construction methods and
alternative installations.
 Identification and resolution of gaps or inconsistencies of the project to be executed. Control
of delays in the design and construction stages; Review of project measurements and
development of new measurements and costs.
 Control of the timing of the work and monitoring of the initial budget of the work.
 Reduce 20% the final budget of the work planning the work of industrialists and implementing
an efficient productivity of human and technical resources; As well as the implementation of a
system of recycling of plastic and poliespan within the personnel of the work. A very
important merit in a country like Mexico that does not have the culture of recycling.

preparation of proposals following the design guidelines of the

Architect collaborator in the Department of Engineering for the
development of geotechnical studies and project manager.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Optimize the work as a technical draftsman through the implementation of new work plans.
 Planning of work systems that allowed me to shorten delivery times and therefore, to make
profitable the profits of the company.
 Collaboration with Mr. Geologists, implementing working protocols from my position as
architect to facilitate the interpretation of the information of our studies to the client.
