Organization Chart of Hi-So Resort & Spa Hotel Our hotel includes 8 departments: Reception, Room Division, Porter, Restaurant, Accounting, Personnel, Marketing & Sales, and Engineering Department. And then GM is in overall charge of the hotel and the Resident Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the hotel. General Manager Resident Manager Room Division Manager Restaurant Manager Accounting Manager Personnel Manager Reception  Manager Porter Manager Marketing & Sales Manager Engineering Manager
The reception manager looks after the reception area, and she supervises four  receptionists, two reservation clerks, storekeeper, and head housekeeper. The receptionists have two operators under them, reservation clerks have two key clerks under them and head housekeeper is in charge of ten floor maids and five chambermaids. The chief security and laundry manager come under room division manager, the chief  security looks after eight security guards, and the laundry manager look after four laundrymen and four valets.  Room Division  Manager Chief Security Laundry Manager Security Guards (8) Laundrymen (4) Valets(4)
The porter manager has three bellboys, two concierges, and two doormen  under him.  Porter Manager Bellboys(3) Concierges(2) Doormen(2)
The restaurant manager supervises head chef, four waiters, and four bar operatives. And sous chef and chef de parties come under head chef. Restaurant Manager Head Chef Waiters(4) Bar Operatives(4) Sous Chef Chef de Parties (3)
The accounting manager is in charge of money in hotel and she has accounting,  payroll, and cashier under her.  Accounting Manager Accounting Payroll Cashier
