This document outlines the schedule and assignments for Project 4 in an English 202 course. It is divided into weeks from March 21st through April 16th. In week 11, students will introduce the project, brainstorm policy issues, and set up a research dossier. In week 12, students will practice analyzing primary sources, write progress reports, and submit a draft and partial dossier. They will then submit a progress report and full dossier by April 2nd. In weeks 13 and 14, students will research their topic, draft and workshop their formal report, and do a short presentation on what they've learned before submitting the final formal report and dossier by April 16th.

Introduce Project 4. Brainstorm current public policy issues and identify stakeholders in
an example. Set up research dossier with Evernote.

Researching your public policy issue (visit from a UI librarian).
Work due today:
 Watch Video Lectures 1 and 2 (created by Karen Thompson).
 Decide the public policy issue you will use for this project, and identify
stakeholders.

Tuesday, 3/28
Practice with stasis theory on primary sources. Writing progress reports.

 Continue analyzing/collecting source data.

Draft workshop, progress reports and dossiers. The draft workshop is worth 15 points.
Work due today:
Draft, progress report and (half-completed) research dossier. You will need to bring
your laptop in order to view dossier links.

public policy issue you chose using stasis theory.

Draft workshop, formal report. This draft workshop is worth 20 points.
