2. Use Plain Language – Make information clear for all by avoiding jargon
3. Engage with marginalised groups – to identify and address barriers accessing service
4. Refer to specialist organisation- keep a list of organisation in your community that
staff can refer to
5. Service design - consider the group in design of service from the start
6. Hire staff with lived experience – build trust and empathy
7. Visual cues – include stickers on doors or posts on social media
