Job Title: senior inspection engineer / plant inspector
Job details :
 Conduct off-stream and on-stream inspection on the plant stationary
equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, drums, tanks, top
side structures, PRD’s and piping systems according to Company established
policies and procedures and issues inspection reports Perform in-service
pipeline inspection
 Planning, supervision and coordination of all on-stream and shutdown
inspection/NDT activities of plant static equipment's including pressure
vessels, separators, desalters, dehydrators, heat exchangers, coolers,
columns, heaters, PSVs, piping, pipelines, aboveground storage tanks, etc.
 Implement the computerized inspection program through Validation of the
asset registry, equipment details and the inspection results.
 Conduct fitness for service assessment for the different equipment, set the
scope of corrective action, set and implement the quality control scope and
testing.
 Coordinates with the Operations , Planning and Maintenance supervisors such
activities as the scheduling and planning of inspections, obtaining the
required permits and performing any required special audits of equipment.
 Upon failures of equipment such as pumps and vessels, inspect material and
assist in the preliminary failure assessments; prepare report and issue
recommendations, where applicable, via supervisor for action by relevant
departments.
 Review and analysis of previous inspection reports to summarize the integrity
status of the plant equipment's, piping systems and pipelines.
 Carrying out initial, detailed and final internal visual inspection complemented
with NDT examination for the static equipment's including pressure vessels,
