pressure vessels according to EN-1712/13/14 standard by using the following device
:- * DM-4E.
 Dye penetrant testing on welding joints and machinery parts by spraying according to
EN-571-1 standard.
 Magnetic particle testing using permanent magnetic yoke and AC magnetic yoke wet
continuous technique and dry powder for hot temp. equipment on welding joints and
various equipment.) according to EN-1290 standard .
 Perform the shop & the in-service inspection under the QA (quality
assurance) and ISO 2000 & 9001 (as a plant inspector).

 Been participated in several Fabrication & Maintenance projects performed
by several contractors for LERCO as a follow-up site inspector & a member
of the project committee for the technical department including the
following activities:-
1- Preparing a full and detailed scope of work of the project and the repairing
activities to be carried out based on the recommendations as per inspection
report.
2- Participating within the project department with in the reviewing of the
contractors bids for the project in order to select the proper contractor for
the project ( this including reviewing contractor’s proposals , scope of
work offered by contractor, site visits for the contractors camp , & site
inspection for the contractors facilities )
3- Approving all contractor’s technicians whom are going to participate in
maintenance activities ex: Welders, Painters, Grit plasters etc.… and
carrying any required approving tests for the technicians ex welding,
painting tests.

4- Following all the activities to be carried out and accepting all repairing
procedures after passing the required Inspection tests carried by me or the
contractor’s inspector Ex :- (Mobilization , scaffolding , cleaning , civil &
foundation works , welding , grit pasting, painting, demobilization).
5- Documenting all the work activity and helping the planning department
along with the contractor in editing the Final Activity Report.
6- Issuing The Final Acceptance Certificate for the project and the repairing
activities been done.
