Job responsibilities:
 Responsible for all engineering aspects related to control systems of the projects including technical
review of the design drawings and specifications, submitting the technical proposals, preparing shop
drawings and technical submittals.
 Overall responsibility and manage the Project such that the project scope, cost, time are
either maintained or where possible improved, While ensuring total customer satisfaction.
 Ordering the installation materials required for the control systems execution considering the
relevant budget and the delivery time that shall be matching with the project overall time schedule.
 Preparing control systems tender/bidding packages (Including BMS, SCADA, dedicated control panels
of special packages).
 Evaluating the technical offers submitted by the bidders.
 Coordinating with site team for control systems’ installation activities.
 Coordinating and providing the technical support for electrical & mechanical teams for the selection
of electrical and mechanical equipment considering the related controls parts/issues including
interlocking, protection schemes and interfaces with the control systems.
 Preparing projects’ schedules for controls scope of work showing expected time frame for the
materials approvals, delivery, installations and handing over.
 Preparing control systems’ sequence of operation in line with design concept/outlines, in addition to

 Abraj Kudi Project: The project consists of a large Podium spread on all the site, topped by 12
Towers accommodating several elements with a total built‐up area of around 1.5 million m2.
 Makkah (Shamiya) ‐ Central Utility Complex: that accommodate the chilled water and other utilities
to Haram expansion including the following facilities:
‐ The world biggest District Cooling Plant (DCP) with total capacity of 160,000 tons refrigerant.
‐ Emergency Generator Plant, Water treatment Plant, Firefighting Pumps Station and Central
Waste Collection Plant.
