DRAKE AND SCULL.
Three five stars hotels, reviewing the design and developing the same into shop-drawings;
electrical systems under my scope are: lighting and lighting controls, main power distribution,
power related to mechanical systems and small power.
Technical parameters involved are sizing of cable trays, cable ladders, truncking and conduits for
cables and wiring capacities and routs; cables ampere ratings, voltage drop, selection of
protective devices such as ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, Fuses etc.
Stand by generator set capacity alongside relevant Automatic transfer switch.
Make sure all the mechanical equipment is fed with power supply.
Coordination of all the electrical devices with the interior design and architectural elements of
the building; translating all the above information into executable shop-drawings.
Same as above for district cooling plant formed of three centrifugal and two screw chillers along
with relevant primary and secondary pumps.
