  • #24 Engage your team. Ask each functional division to come up with an energy saving idea based on their own activities (which they know best). Get everyone involved. The biggest problem is that we cannot see energy unless it is in some physical form - so we miss the cause and effect connection. Keep it real and measure in money savings - that you can put to good use. And make sure you have timelines in place to focus attention.
