2. Currently am the Consultant (since retirement) for optimisation of Systems and Procedures
relating to Financial Accounting in an ERP environment (SAP FI module) for another well

Successfully carrying out the primary responsibility of ensuring a smooth operations of all
Financial Accounting All over India for a smooth, timely and periodic Financial Reporting over the
last several years for the following:
Monthly Financials for Management Reporting by the 5th
of the following month.
Quarterly Financials for Publication after Limited Review by Statutory Auditors
Yearly, Qualification free Financials after a full fledged Statutory Audit, presented for approval
by the Board of Directors.
Personally developed the Automated System interface from SAP data to the Financials, fully
compliant with Revised Schedule VI of the Companies Act for the year ending March 2013.
Setting up Accounting Processes, Procedures, from Start to Finish and Documentation for
future use in training / knowledge transfer

Key player with responsibility of smooth implementation of SAP in 2007-8 across all
Divisions and Data migration (mid year , without parallel run). Completed in 6 Months,
bang on target, and have been Live since then. Optimisation of System usage carried out
over the last 4 Years.
Prior to SAP was the team leader from user side for implementation of BaaN REP of the
Finance module which started with one Division, and later whole Accounting of the
Company all divisions was brought into the fold.
Entrusted with the Implementation of SAP (and earlier BaaN Financials), enabled me to
have extensive understanding of the various commercial and logistic functions. (Materials,
Sales, Manufacturing, Planning, Project implementation)

Developed a System for receivable monitoring catering to diverse requirements of various Divisions
and Regions enabling decentralised information availability along with all India consolidation and
Summary for reporting to higher management.
Developed a package for Consolidation of Company’s Financial results from Audited Branch
Accounts
Developed Financial Accounting System for Branches FABS, installed in April 1996 at various
locations, and imparted user training. This system ws running very effectively at Branch Offices
over a period of 8 years enabling decentralised Accounting and Audit and Statutory compliances
and MIS.
In the current engagement as Consultant - Standardisation and Optimisation of Accounting
procedures across the Organisation, leveraging ERP Data, Improving consistency in reporting,
strengthening Control in operations through timely MIS

On the Hiving off of one of the Divisions of the Company, was Primarily responsible for
preparation of the Financials, by carving out the Demerged Divisional transactions (mid-year),
which was successfully carried out to meet the exacting requirements of the transferee company, an
