In 1975 there was no unemployment
because women did not work, and
jobs were just for men (Franquist
society)
In 1975:
- Change of mentality with the
democracy
- Baby boom (people have more
babies)
- So… this situation created more
unemployment

In 90´ unemployment was reduced (8 – 9 % in the
best moments) due to different political and social
reforms
Moment of “economic euphoria” and believe in
economic sucess
However, in 2007 the unemployment raised again,
creating an important economic crisis
