EMPLOYEE RIGHTS
• As an employee of this hospital you have all the rights as specified by
government of Rajasthan.
• Employee shall face no discrimination in matters concerning employment and
conditions of employment on age, sex, economic status, religion, caste,
HIV/AIDS status.
• Hospital prohibits harassment of any employee because of his/her cast, color,
religion, sex, marital status, disability or handicap, age, or other characteristic
protected by law.

provide measures to prevent any injury or damage
• Performance Evaluation.
• Updating about Hospital related information.
• Training.

• To be accountable towards department.
• To maintain Discipline & Punctuality.
• Avoid Absence & Late Coming on duty.
• All employees are expected to be well groomed and conform to the dress codes of
the Hospital
• Attend and participate in training
• Update your personnel records in HR Department.

• Maintaining complete confidentiality in respect of their documents and patient
information they handle.
• Not having any contact with the Press and not making any public statements
without the prior approval of the Hospital.
• Being sensitive to employees around by conversing in soft tones & behaving
sensibly.
• Adopting a clean desk policy and ensuring that all personal and confidential papers
are kept securely.

• Right to access clinical records and reports
• Right to Emergency Medical Care
• Right to informed consent regarding risk consequences & procedure of the treatment.
• Right to confidentiality human dignity and privacy

• Right to choose alternative treatment options if available
• Right to a second opinion
• Right to be discharge on request
• Right to patient education
• Right to be heard and seek redressal

PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing to the best of your knowledge, accurate and complete information about your health including
the history and nature of your illness, past illness, hospitalization, medication, reaction, and concerns.
• Participate and understand your treatment plan and your role in that plan.
• Making informed decisions about your care.
• Participate in the treatment plan agreed up with your health care team. However, you always have the
right to consciously refuse treatment.
• Following hospital rules as they affect patient care, such as.
> Consideration for the rights and respect for other patients and staff’s property.
> Assistance in our efforts to limit noise.
> Assistance in our efforts to limit the number of visitors for safety and noise control.
> Compliance with our smoke-free environment policy.
• Be honest and refrain from violent behaviour and any verbal abuse with hospital staff.
• To comply with hospital rules and regulations from time to time.
• fulfilling your financial obligations for your healthcare as promptly as possible.
