Job description 
Role Assist in all RM and Operational duties and Fulfillment of internal staffing. 
Tier T4 
Responsibilities: 
 Effective resource management and fulfillment of resource 
requests. 
 Ensuring data hygiene in the ERP system RM module. 
 Prepare and publish reports to the top management. 
 Providing hiring requirements to the recruiting teams. 
 Creating Po’s for contractor payments. 
 Coordination between offshore and onsite stakeholders. 
 Any Adhoc tasks asked by the location RM head. 
Required Skills: 
 Sound knowledge of Management/HRM fundamentals. 
 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 
 Good interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and 
team working skills. 
 Good Excel skills. 
Nice to Have Skills 
 Domestic staffing exposure. 
 Confident, self-starter, ability to work under pressure and meet 
deadlines. 
 Comfortable with working on ERP systems Oracle based
