1. Collect data on traffic light locations and combine it with traffic info
from WAZE and that data can be used to improve Traffic Light
functionality and lessen traffic.
2. Collect transport data and times persons are traveling, which can give
an overview of our transport networks (do we need more hubs or more
vehicles).

1. Use data on how many times a position within a specific ministry
happens an use that to investigate a possibly toxic culture
2. Keep a list of possible employees and use the data to send jobs that
match a person’s qualifications

language processing (NLP) to
provide a service.

Proactive Scheduling AI is not
actually the name for an actual
service. It’s the combination of
several proactive scheduling
ideas.

• Appropriate Scheduling of
Patient Appointments
• Reduce Disruptions to Patient
Flow
• Reduce no shows by calling
customers 24 hrs before their
appointment
• Reduce wait times…
• Extra cost for being late or
reschedule

Collect data on traffic light locations and combine it with traffic info from WAZE and that data can be used to improve Traffic Light functionality and lessen traffic. 2. Collect transport data and times persons are traveling, which can give an overview of our transport networks (do we need more hubs or more vehicles).

Use data on how many times a position within a specific ministry happens an use that to investigate a possibly toxic culture 2. Keep a list of possible employees and use the data to send jobs that match a person’s qualifications

  • 17. INTRODUCTING CHATBOTS AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT AI Chatbots are programs that simulate conversation. It uses natural language processing to discover a persons intent and uses business logic to provide a result.

  • 33. INTRODUCTING VOICE ASSISTANTS WITH PROACTIVE AI A voice assistant are similar to chatbots in that they are programs that simulate conversation however they use voice. It uses voice recognition, speech synthesis, and natural language processing (NLP) to provide a service.
  • 34. INTRODUCTING VOICE ASSISTANTS WITH PROACTIVE SCHEDULING AI Proactive Scheduling AI is not actually the name for an actual service. It’s the combination of several proactive scheduling ideas. Such as 👉 • Appropriate Scheduling of Patient Appointments • Reduce Disruptions to Patient Flow • Reduce no shows by calling customers 24 hrs before their appointment • Reduce wait times… • Extra cost for being late or reschedule
  • 36. E-APPOINTMENTS Using new technology we can now 1. Handover scheduling to an AI system to proactively handle the entire scheduling process. 2. Remind users when they need to make another appointment.
